Very nice and clean place, better than the photos. It is located on the beach, in a very quiet area that is about 10 minutes from the city of Volos with a very good road. Manos is a great host, and eager to help.

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

Perfect stay at Parkside Volos! The apartment was stylish, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed—including a great espresso machine to start the mornings. The location made it easy to explore the city, and having a private parking space was a huge bonus. Stamatia was a wonderful host—super responsive and welcoming.

We stayed at the beautiful Art Apartment in early June 2025, two people, in different rooms. The apartment was quiet, newly renovated, spotless and tidy. The hostess was extremely polite and communicative, she solved all our questions immediately and effectively. The location is very central, close to the central market and the port, with many options for coffee, food and drink all around, within a short walk. We would gladly choose it again on our next visit to Volos. We highly recommend it!

This apartment is so beautiful & modern, with a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed lovely views of the water. Everything was clean & comfortable. We loved walking the promenade every evening after dinner, and the host recommended a wonderful restaurant for our last night. Our stay was perfect!

Everything is flawless and exactly as Mr. Nikos describes it. You can choose it for summer holidays and winter months since it is all close by car. The house is warm with a fireplace ,a/c and always with warm water.

As my family and parents-in-law said, this was the best Airbnb we've ever rented. The house is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach, with spectacular views of the gulf. It is a very spacious and luxurious house with all amenities, even suitable for a long stay. Volos is just 15 minutes by car, so we visited the city almost daily for the bars and restaurants, but there were also some great options in the village next to the house (just 5 minutes by car). Finally, Yiannis is a fantastic gentleman—responsive, polite, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this house in the middle of nowhere. Perfect for nature lovers and people who know what living in the countryside means. Absolutely recommendable !

The house was decorated very well, and felt right at home. Everything was as clean as it gets and looked exactly like the listing. There is a park nearby that adds a peaceful sense. Ekaterina was very friendly & responsive, and was keen on making us feel comfortable.

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. It is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, second floor two steps from the beach. The house isn't very big, but it's sufficient for a couple with a baby or kid. The house is fully equipped with everything. The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the sea. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two nights at Panoramic Sunset Luxury Apartment and were impressed! The apartment is huge with two spacious bedrooms and two brand new bathrooms and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Pagasetic Gulf, especially at sunset. Everything was spotless and smelled brand new. The minimalist decor, the incredible quality mattress and the silent air conditioner were wonderful! It also had fast Wi-Fi! From the living room and kitchen you can enjoy the view, even from the couch! Chryssa had taken care of every detail: Nespresso capsules, bottled water and wine, snacks were waiting for us upon arrival! The location is ideal: in 2-3 minutes you can walk to the famous tsipouradika of Volos and it is also very convenient that free private parking is offered! The communication with the host was incredible! He responded immediately and sent us step-by-step instructions.
