Dimitris' place is full of charm located in the heart of the garden planted with citrus fruits...and in addition the location guarantees you a fabulous sunset to admire to your choice: either from the beach at the end of the garden! ...or from the private terrace!... what more ...we spent 3 magnificent evenings that allowed us to explore the Pelion and enjoy the small village of Afissos and its amenities easily accessible on foot from the house... Dimitris is also a very nice host and very attentive speaking French!..a carresse also to the dog of the house Stella***;) ...if we have the possibility, we will definitely be back!!!

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

The house was beautiful both inside and out, it had a beautiful outdoors bar and terrace. I would dare say that the pictures don’t do it justice!

Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. stayed at Marita’s place for about four weeks and truly enjoyed every moment. The house is in a peaceful spot, just a short walk from the central square where you'll find restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy. It’s also perfectly located for exploring the many hiking trails in the area. The unit was spotless and immediately felt like home—warm, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Marita went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. When I arrived, the fridge and kitchen cabinets were already stocked with goodies and all the essentials, so there was no need to rush out for supplies. Marita, who lives next door, is a kind and caring person—and a true cat lover! We had many great conversations (in English) about life, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended! We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Great choice for anyone who wants to stay family or friends in a house together! There is a kitchen with utensils to use and everything a house needs in general. Comfortable spaces and a friendly host who answers any questions they need!

Perfect location with ocean view. Everything perfect. Other families while we have been there. Children were able to play. Very quiet place. Wonderful for relaxing and to find inner peace

Beautiful host, beautiful house with all the amenities. The only problem was the bathroom, in the description it says 1 bathroom + 1 toilet with a shower, when in fact one is just a toilet and a second toilet with a shower. For a 6 person stay, I think 1 more shower is missing. Everything else was perfect, for every recommendation!

Amazing house! I was in Volos with my husband and baby who is 10 months old and we stayed at Mrs. Cleopatra's house He had made sure that the space was so well designed that it was friendly and spotless for the baby and we were very satisfied

Can't find the proper words to describe this wonderful accommodation! Magnificent view, ideal location (quiet and peaceful while close to everything, specifically only 15' from Volo's center and 10' from Portaria), beautiful house. Fully equipped, really spacious and clean, the perfect place for as many days as possible. Great network for remote working too. Kyriakos was extrwmely organized and thoughtful, kind and always available for questions / suggestions. Hope we are able to come back one day ❤️ Thank you for everything!!

Excellent location in Kissos. There are cafeterias, restaurants and mini markets for groceries. The nature around the house is amazing and the house itself is cozy, spacious and better than the photos. Nikos was more than friendly and accommodating. I would surely visit again and definitely recommend to everybody

Our stay at Andreas’ place was fantastic! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. Andreas was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions and ready to assist with any request, making our stay incredibly smooth and pleasant. The property is just a short walk from the sea, and the beach nearby is wonderful. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at iris sea view. Thanos was a perfect host. Meeting us in the evening to direct us back to the house, smooth check in and delivering us oranges. Also received massage which was wonderful. The terrace is a beautiful sun spot in the afternoon, Afissos has a lovely beach. It was quiet as out of season, but the supermarket is open so you can get supplies. Lefokastro has a good taverna, still open in winter. I would love to come back again and stay for longer next time. Souzana was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. The Vila is newly renovated with attention to details and has everything you need for your stay. Our family had a great time there. It is less than a minute walk to the beach! We highly recommend and hope to visit again.
