For physical fitness, we have a training tower from Kettler. And a well-formed bathtub that invites you to relax after work;)

The stylish 50 sqm apartment is freshly renovated and is located in the basement of our residential building. We also offer all our guests a gym and sauna use in the fitness park Vitalis (700 meters).

The apartment has everything your heart desires and is fully equipped… Three beautiful bedrooms have been furnished with new furniture and antiques. Depending on the number of guests (max. 7 guests), the three bedrooms are made available. As standard, one bedroom is available for double occupancy. You can also book two bedrooms by arrangement. With a desk each, you can work relaxed here. From the 3rd guest onwards I charge €50 per guest per night.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.
