Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.
