Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nea Peramos

Velmi pěkné místo, krásná velká terasa s výhledem na moře. Byt malý, ale útulný. Hned naproti dobrá restaurace. Pobyt jsme si užili!

We stayed at Alexandros Villa.Everything was OK , very comfy and very clean.We felt like home.Alexandros was a good host from the beginning, he shared with us the infos about the local beaches and restaurants.Overall with was a great staying.Thank you Alexandros and hope to see you again !

Clean and comfortable accommodation, private area where children could play, quiet, beautiful view of the mountain. Everything was clean and very comfortable beds, sleep was sweet.

This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. Absolut empfehlenswert! Mein Aufenthalt bei Orestis war einfach nur top! Die Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was man (auch für einen längeren) Aufenthalt braucht und sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Auf dem Gelände gibt es noch wenige andere Villen, aber man hat trotzdem ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist eher am Ortsrand und sehr ruhig. Ein Auto während des Aufenthalts ist ratsam, da der nächste Supermarkt etc. zwar nicht weit ist, aber auch nicht direkt ums Eck. Orestis hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und auch proaktiv Tipps etc. gegeben. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Karakteri ve tarihi olan bir ev. Belki bazılarına kasvetli gelebilir ama ailem ve benim için güzel bir deneyimdi. Antika eşyalar mevcut. Mutfakta sadece yağ eksikti. Evin taştan bir avlusu vardı. Kahvaltı için güzel bir alan var ama arılarla ilgili önlem almalısınız. Keşke resimlerdeki gibi bir zeytinliğin içinde olsaydı ama bu da yetti.

Zur Offseason genau die richtige Unterkunft. Gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was benötigt wird, gut gelegen, fuslauft 10 Minuten bis zum Haf, 3 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt. als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundtozren über die Insel einfach ideal. Vasiliki und vor Ort Xanthoula geben einem wirklich das Gefühl willkommen zu sein und stehen mit Rat und Tat bereit sollte etwas fehlen oder Hilfe benötift werden. Danke für die super Zeit bei euch.

The apartament was the same as the pictures! We could check in earlier than 2pm which was a plus for us. It was clean and we had everything that we needed! The host was friendly and receptive! The apartament is near the center of the city. The walk to Rapsani Beach was about 15 minutes!

Το σπίτι του John ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραίο, περιποιημένο και πολύ καθαρό. Αρκετά μοντέρνο και minimal διακόσμηση. Τα στρώματα των κρεβατιών πολύ άνετα και πεντακάθαρα κλινοσκεπάσματα. Το μόνο που θα μπορούσα να προτείνω στον John είναι να τοποθετήσει air conditioners και στα υπνοδωμάτια διότι υπήρχε μόνο στο σαλόνι. Ο John ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε και εκτιμώ πολύ το γεγονός ότι δέχτηκε να μας επεκτείνει την ώρα του check-out κατά 2 ώρες καθώς φτάσαμε αργά το απόγευμα στο διαμέρισμα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Thasos’a ulaştıktan sonra Limenas bölgesinin hemen merkezinde, harika bi daire. Ev sahibimiz rezervasyon sürecinden, konaklama aşamasına kadar her zaman çok ulaşılabilirdi. Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, mutfak boyutuna göre gayet yeterli. Gayet memnun kaldık.

The accommodation was amazing, very comfortable and cosy. It is situated in the center of Limenas surrounded by a lot of nice restaurants. The accommodation has everything needed and all the utensils, everything is clean and nice. Towels and beddings were clean. The owners were responding very quickly and they are very helpful.

Прекарахме добре.Бяхме тук по време на Великден.На масата имаше оставени боядисани яйчица ,както и автентични гръцки курабийки.Беше много мил жест от страна на собственика.Апартаментът е малък и уютен,терасата също е комфортна за сутрешно кафе.Сградата е близо до магазини и заведения. Чувствахме се чудесно и бихме отседнали отново през следващото ни пътуване до Кавала. Препоръчвам мястото !

Ubytovanie sa nachádza blízko mora, reštaurácií, obchodov, autobusovej zastávky KTEL. V blízkosti kostola je ambulancia lekára. Domáci hostitelia nás v deň príchodu ochotne počkali a priateľsky privítali chutnou večerou, koláčom a chladeným nápojom. Komunikácia bola priateľská, pohotová. Každú našu požiadavku domáci hostitelia vedeli vyriešiť a ochotne pomohli, aby sme sa cítili naozaj ako doma. Sú to superhostitelia s veľkým srdcom, sme šťastní, že sme boli práve u nich. Pri mori sme trávili celé dni. Užívali sme si východ slnka a mesiaca. Ranné a večerné kúpanie malo svoje čaro. Pláž je piesková, vhod do mora pozvoľný. V mori sme pozorovali rôzne ryby, hviezdicu, raju a delfína. Na pláži sú lehátka so slnečníkom za cenu nápoja alebo jedla. More malo blahodarné účinky. Určite sa tu oplatí vrátiť.

Πολύ ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο . Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στο κεντρο της πόλης ενώ παράλληλα έχει ησυχία και εύκολο πάρκινγκ.

Тихо и спокойно място! Апартамента е отличен има всичко необходимо. Терасата е чудесна. На 3 минути пеша от плажа и до къщата има супермаркет. Спокойно място за почивка.

Eleftheria was very helpful, the instructions for check in and check out were very clear, and is very responsive. Parking can be somewhat hard to find however there is private parking in the area. The apartment was spotless, has great design, and looks just like the pictures. Definetly coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Kavala gehabt. Die gemütliche, ruhige und sehr saubere Stadtwohnung hat dazu beigetragen. Das Stadtzentrum kann man bequem mit dem Auto, oder wenn man mag, auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Chrisa ist gerne bereit zu helfen und antwortet zügig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Къщата се намира на чудесно място, близо до плажа и до всички заведения. Двете спални бяха достатъчно големи. Банята е доста малка. Всекидневната също е малка, но това се компенсира от наличието на много приятна и просторна веранда. Дворът е чудесен. Домакините бяха много гостоприемни и отзивчиви.

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again.
