Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nea Peramos

Jenny is not only a super host but a wonderful, kind, helpful person. We traveled with 3 more families (in total we were 8 adults and 5 kids) and we had everything we needed. Jenny’s place located in a peaceful area, the house is really nice, very clean and we had everything (all the amenities) we needed there. More than this there is enough space inside and outside. Outside there is a spacious terrace and a playground area dedicated for kids. The nearest beach (which is wonderful and baby friendly ) is approx 5-7 min by foot. Jenny provided a lot of recommendations for restaurant, takeaway, beaches and many more so do not hesitate to contact her if you need something. We had an amazing stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. And the location is incredible: beautiful ocean views and a 3 mins walk - via a private entrance - to the beach. Great communication with the hosts and the local recommendations for boat hire companies and restaurants with high chair facilities were very helpful. Aris and Anna also organized a WiFi router for us - so great! While there is a beach club close by to the house and we could sometimes hear faint music being played from the club, it didn't disturb us - especially when we discovered that the beach club was super chic and we could eat delicious meals there (we went there 3 times during our stay!). Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. We very much enjoyed the beautiful house, the gardens, the swimming pool, and having breakfast and dinner in the outdoor dining area. The house is in a quiet spot a short walk to the village of Prinos and a 15 minute walk to the beach through a country path surrounded by breathtaking fields of ancient olive trees. We had easy communication all along with Rania, who was very friendly and helpful. We were nicely welcome to the house by her mum, Mrs Jenny, who leaves next door. She was willing to arrange meals and provide help whenever asked, while her assistant maintained the pool, the house and the garden in tiptop condition throughout. All in all this is a unique place that made our stay a very enjoyable one. We would certainly come back if we can.

We spent wonderful time with all our big family and had amazing incoming surprise from the Tasos Stella. Garden is beautiful and weather was nice. Sea is closed, so we enjoyed nice time on the beach too. Many thanks to Stella and Tasos!

We had a lovely time. The house is right next to the beach. Dimitra is a very kind person, easy to communicate with. There is a beautiful terrace with a nice view. Everything is as described.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is peaceful and surrounded by olive trees, away from the street noise, yet close to two beautiful beaches—Pachis and Arriba—both offering natural shade from pine trees. There are great restaurants nearby (we highly recommend Gorgona and Pefkospilia), and the island’s largest supermarket is also within easy reach. The house is lovely, clearly built with care and great taste. The garden was perfect for our dogs 🐶😁. Pantelis is an amazing host—always helpful with tips and information. We also bought delicious olive oil and olives from him (great price and quality!). We 100% recommend this place, especially for those traveling with dogs! 😉

We felt as if we were at home thanks to the beautiful dishes and treats of our hosts, beyond a great view, Dora and lefter. We felt as if we were embarrassed by the helpfulness and goodness of Lefterin's gifts, Dora and Lefterin's behavior made us feel like we knew them for years, we went there and got to know them, we made two beautiful friends, we definitely want to go back to that environment. Thank you very much for everything, such people are rare and rare, you should definitely go and see this environment.

A house with character and history. Maybe it may sound gloomy to some but it was a nice experience for my family and I. There are antiques. Only grease was missing in the kitchen. The house had a stone courtyard. There is a nice area for breakfast but you should take precautions with bees. I wish it was in an olive grove like the pictures, but that was enough.

A lovely home situated to a beautiful village with great views to the surrounding mountains. A perfect place for relaxing and escape from the urban jungle. Konstantinos was a very helpful and friendly host. Overall a great stay!

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

We had a fabulous 10 days at Akile's place in Kallirachi. The villa was lovely and we enjoyed the view and the pool. Akile was very helpful and accommodating with check in and bringing us a fan as it was so hot - thank you. Great place to stay :)

We stayed here in a group of 10 and had such an amazing time. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need, the pool area is 10/10, all the rooms were clean and spacious. Evgenis was so proactive, helping us out in every way possible- even arranging a cake for my birthday!! We did a private boat trip, and took taxis into kavala town, it’s such a beautiful town, we felt like the only tourists there! The quiet beach is a short walk away and so are some amazing restaurants. We couldn’t fault this accommodation, and would definitely recommend!

Really great location for families need to rest and still have Thassos island at your disposition, house have everything you need for a great vacation, either great pool if feel like not to go to the sea on some days, few Taverns walk distance, or fancy ones if want to drive, if have pet will feel better than home:) About Tassos the host, almost he's reading your minds what you will need :), will feel real Greek hospitality

Great place that was exactly as shown in the pictures and as described. The apartment was large enough for 2 adults and 3 children. There is a large covered terrace and a large garden. The landlords were very accommodating and very eager to ensure that we did not miss anything. Since we traveled in the low season, there was little to do. But there were still some shops and restaurants open. Everything is within walking distance. In summer for swimming or with the pool in the garden it is certainly perfect. The complex is also perfect if you want to travel with a larger group, as there are several separate apartments. Thanks for the nice time, we'll definitely be back!
