Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφος όπως οι φωτογραφίες και ακόμη καλύτερος. Καταπληκτική είσοδος με πολύ όμορφη αυλή να σε καλοσωρίζει. Πολύ κοντά στην στάση μετρό. Σε κοντινή απόσταση φούρνος. Απολαύσαμε την ομορφιά των Βορείων Προστασίων, ενω ταυτόχρονα είσαι και κοντά στο κέντρο είτε με το αυτοκίνητο είτε χρησιμοποιήσεις το μετρό. Πολύ κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο το Αττικό Πάρκο που μας εντυπωσίασε. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός, διακριτικός. Δεν χρειαστήκαμε τίποτα περισσότερο. Αν είχαμε παραπάνω χρόνο σίγουρα θα παρατείναμε την διαμονή μας. Σίγουρα θα τον ξαναεπιλέξω σαν χώρο στο μέλλον αν χρειαστεί.

La maison de Giannis est dans un endroit privilégié, une vue exceptionnelle sur Athènes c’est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse pendant le coucher de soleil. J’ ai loué une voiture pour la semaine donc nous n’avons pas eut la contrainte de grimper la colline à pied et j’ai toujours trouvé une place à 2 pas de la maison. Un excellent rapport qualité prix !

Si estas en Atenas DEBES quedarte aquí, la vista es única e incluso privilegiada en opinión de los propios Griegos. El lugar es muy grande y tiene muchas cosas cerca. Vale muchísimo la pena, 5 estrellas. ✨️

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

the house and the patio are very cozy. it is easy to get everywhere with the metro. the landlady is friendly and open so you feel at home right away. a day athens is quite little but what a beautiful city.

Πολύ ωραίος και τακτοποιημένος χώρος .

Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

Οτι πρεπει για ζευγάρι. Εξαιρετικο decoration και φοβερο κλιμα. Πολυ γρηγορες απαντησεις απο τον κύριο Εμμανουηλ και πολυ φιλικος/ευγενικος. Το προτείνω ξεκάθαρα σε ολους!!

Οτι και να πούμε είναι λίγο!! Πήγαμε στην Villa Emma,και η Κ.Εμμα μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε τον αρραβώνα μας εκεί καθώς και κάναμε έναν μοντέρνο αρραβώνα /Παρτυ . Ή Κ. εμμα μας υποδέχτηκε μέσα από την καρδιά της,γλυκύτατος άνθρωπος μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας . Για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε ή χρειαζόμασταν κάποια βοήθεια ήταν εκεί .Απλα υπέροχη!! Το σπίτι χάνει πολύ από τις φωτογραφίες με το πως είναι στην πραγματικότητα , είναι απλά ένα ονειρο!! Είναι φανταστικό σε σημείο αρκετά ήσυχο !! Το σπίτι είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα ήταν φουλ εξοπλισμένο τερααστιο & πεντακάθαρο! Όλος ο κόσμος την ημέρα του αρραβώνα εντυπωσιάστηκε από το πόσο όμορφος ήταν ο χώρος , καθώς και οι οικογενειακοί φίλοι που φιλοξενήσαμε . Ψήσαμε στο barbecue που έχει καθώς είχε όλον τον εξοπλισμό δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε τίποτα εμείς από το σπίτι μας και το ευχαριστηθήκαμε.Δεν φτάνουν αυτά που θέλω να πω μα το μόνο σίγουρο πως θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε καθώς μείναμε άναυδοι και υπερευχαριστημενοι

jó volt a szallashely, tokeletes leírás szép rendezett helység, fölszerelt konyha, 2 ágy tágas szellős terek, a projektor is jó volt nagyon filmezéshez. Köszönjük, hogy ott lehettünk.

We have just come back from our wonderful holiday and cannot recommend it more highly. The apartment is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could need, and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated. Rhodric was really helpful and responded immediately with lots of information. There is also a link to local recommendations, amenities and general info about the property that was brilliant. While you’re not in central Athens, Glyfada is a lovely low key alternative with lots of great restaurants and shops. The apartment is 10mins from the metro straight in to the city centre or 10mins to gorgeous beaches so you really do get the best of both worlds. We’d love to go back again!

중심가 한복판에 있어 찾기도 쉽고 이동도 매우 편리했어요 근처에 스타벅스 및 다수의 레스토랑과 맛집들이 있어 정말 편리했습니다. 일정 중 쇼핑하고 짐들을 숙소에 두고 오기에도 좋았고 특히 테라스의 hot tub에서 아이도 잘 놀고 야경을 만끽하기에도 더없이 좋았습니다. 또한 호스트들이 정말 큰 도움이 되었어요. 특히 호스트 중 한명인 Nikolia는 하이체어와 아이 침대및 침구까지 마련해주고 매일 불편사항은 없는지 체크해주며 저희의 여행을 완벽하게 해주었어요.공항픽업 예약도 도와준 덕분에 너무나 즐겁고 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 혼자 여행하는분, 커플, 아이가 있는 가족 모두에게 추천할만 합니다.

Burası tam Atina'nın kafeler, gece mekanlarının kalbinde, çok hoş bir panthouse. Bir daha tercih edeceğime eminim.

Όλα ήταν άψογα!!! Το σπίτι εξαιρετικό, άνετο, καθαρό, βγαλμένο μέσα από παλιά ελληνική ταινία!!! Πρόκειται για μια ανακαινισμένη μονοκατοικία σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, με εύκολο πάρκιγκ, με δύο μεγάλα δωμάτια, κουζίνα, μπάνιο και μια πίσω αυλη για το πρωινό καφεδακι. Ο Θάνος είναι ένας ευγενεστατος, δωτικος κ επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης, πάντα έτοιμος να εξυπηρετήσει άμεσα σε ότι και αν χρειαστηκαμε! Σίγουρα το σπίτι αυτό έγινε η πρώτη μας επιλογή για κάθε επίσκεψή μας στην Αθήνα!!!

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Ερχόμαστε στην Αθήνα κάθε χρόνο τα τελευταία αρκετά χρόνια, έχουμε αλλάξει πολλά airbnb αλλά είμαστε απόλυτα διατεθειμένοι να μην αλλάξουμε ποτέ ξανά!! Η Άντζι μας έκανε να θυμηθούμε τον λόγο που δημιουργήθηκαν τα airbnb, μία διαμονή σαν το σπίτι σου και επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη σε σχεση με ένα απρόσιτο ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν απλά υπέροχα, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που τα έχει ολα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ, μία γλυκύτατη αυλή και ένα σπίτι πολύ άνετο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα καλουδια, με μόνιμα ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση! Το γούστο της καλλιτέχνιδας παντού, καθώς σε όποια γωνιά και αν κοιτούσες υπήρχε χρώμα και φροντίδα! Σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε η Άντζι ήταν εκεί, απόλυτα φιλοζωη και φιλική προς τον σκυλάκο μας. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν τα πάντα φαρμακεία, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ ενώ το μέτρο είναι σε 14 λεπτά με τα πόδια!! Άντζι και Σταύρο ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Κάνατε τις διακοπές μας αξέχαστες!!

Χρειαζόμουν διαμέρισμα διότι έκανα ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου οπότε έπρεπε να μείνει η οικογένεια μ η οποία αποτελείται κ από έναν σκύλο ο οποίος είναι σχεδόν μεγαλόσωμος,οπότε επικοινώνησα με τον Παναγιώτη για να τον ρωτήσω εάν θα μπορούσε να δεχτεί μεγαλόσωμος σκύλο διότι οι περισσότεροι host δεν δέχονται μεγάλα κατοικίδια,οπότε μας δέχτηκε στο πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα για αρκετές ημέρες.Τωρα στο διαμέρισμα η μητέρα μ ξετρελαθηκε με την κουζίνα η οποία ήταν πλήρης από διάφορα σκεύη κ ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της,τα μπαλκόνια πολυ μεγάλα το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το μπάνιο ήταν όσο πρέπει!το πλυντήριο δούλεψε άριστα κ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα!Ο Παναγιώτης σαν host ήταν άψογος κ πάλι τον ευχαριστώ διότι η οικογένεια μου δεν κατάλαβε ότι έλειψε από το σπίτι της,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα κ στο μέλλον με απόλυτη σίγουρα εάν χρειαστώ κάτι θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!!

Great location for eating, touristy things and public transport. Quiet apartment with nice back deck. Would stay again.

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Its location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We especially loved the large, comfortable outdoor space; we enjoyed spending time out there just as much as we did inside the apartment. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed by Greece, which I visited for the first time. I thought it was a quiet satellite city because it was a bit far from Athens, but the transportation conditions were more convenient than in a big city, and the level of service at the restaurant was surprising. The accommodation was also enough to make me feel at home, with the host's active and detailed service. I had a good rest and it was an opportunity to see the high standard of living in the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.
