Vacation rentals with a patio in Nea Chalkidona

This was our 2nd time in Grace's apartment and we can echo our 1st feedback. The flat is spacious enough for two persons with a new kitchen and renovated bathroom. The apartment complex is fairly quite and the location is ideal for our purposes. The area is a typical working class quarter, not posh but authentic. There are plenty of restaurants, a bakery and coffee shops around. The communication with Grace is prompt and friendly.

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. We enjoyed the quality (and cleanliness!) of the premises and the magnificent views of the Parthenon. Communication with Maria was very fluid and clear. In short, we highly recommend this place for visiting Athens!

Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

Ilias and Maria were excellent hosts and responsive. Their place is as it is in the photos and close to the metro station. Ilias was really helpful and shared clear instructions about commuting to and from the Airbnb.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, spotless and bright apartment in the middle of Koukaki neighbourhood

Walking distance from the main attractions and good restaurants! Amazing shower/water pressure.

Loved everything about our stay in this home. It was perfect for our family. I especially enjoyed the decor and lighting.

cozy inexpensive accommodation for two, there are all the necessary kitchen utensils, clean bed linen and towels; comfortable bed, the host promptly answers all questions, I recommend

Nice place for a short stay, close to the airport (tip, use Uber). Clean place and very nice and kind host (offered us dinner). Road to go to Markopoulo not easy to walk (next to highway). But for the rest, perfect!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a small welcome gift for us. The house had everything you needed for a peaceful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Highly recommended! It is very convenient but also safe (this apartment has a security system), and the facilities are also very nice (like Simmons washing machine)

Zhana was one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of using through this platform. She was extremely helpful and always responsive to any questions we had. Regarding the apartment, it looks better in person than in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to many restaurants and the metro which gets you anywhere you need to go in Athens. The patio was a favourite of ours, having such a large, private outdoor space in the middle of the city was amazing. Bed was comfy, all appliances and finishes looked nearly new, we had zero issues with this place during our 5 night stay

Alexandra was a great host - helping us arrange transportation from port and to airport. She checked in to see if we needed anything. She was flexible and kind. She offered so many recommendations we wished we had even one more day. Views were unbelievable every time we looked out any of the windows. Felt right at home. Worth the price tag!!
