Close to the best surf spots in the bay. A beach with more than two miles of sand that looks like the Caribbean in the Pacific, spectacular sunsets and good WiFi. Family friendly and pet friendly. You can travel to the Marietas Islands or go fishing from the nearby villages or La Marina de La Cruz de Huanacaxtle 20 minutes away.

We chose Bucerias for our new home because of the quiet neighborhood of East Bucerias, abundance of great restaurants and of course, the proximity to the best of Banderas Bay's beaches and to the Puerto Vallarta airport, just a 20 minute drive away. Our home is located in the residential area of the Las Brisas neighborhood, in the SE side of town. It is about 1 mile/5-7 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. Lots of transportation options. Just ask! Five night minimum for stays.
