I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect for just me but can fit 4 (5 if you have someone sleep on the couch). Given the loft I’m not sure if it’s suitable for toddlers/kids who are not keen on listening. You can tell Marzio and his family care about the place with their little welcome binder that has typed up notes on the neighborhood, Chinatown, its history, and recommendations on what to try in the neighborhood. The supermarket is down the block which was super convenient. I’m a big walker and found I was no more than 20-45 mins from everywhere I wanted to go (Duomo, Milano Centrale, Four Seasons). The apartment is on the first floor and at the entrance so you do hear cars driving by and the motors of the doors when it opens up for tenants cars— if you’re a deep sleeper and plan on being gone most of the day then this shouldn’t bother much. Marzio is super responsive— so much so that I would take your time reviewing everything and evaluating your needs so you bulk your

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The loft was a fantastic place to stay. I felt immediately at home, self check in was easy and it was exactly as described along with some welcoming treats. Nikolay was very easy and friendly to communicate with throughout my stay. The place is so close to Zara metro and Isola so it’s a great location and so simple to get to the centre and to Centrale station if you’re visiting the lakes. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.

Francesco was spot on from the day we had booked the apartment. Was responsive and very helpful with great guides on how to enter the apartment and what to expect when checking in. Great location just by Precotto M1 which meant it was super easy getting into Milan via Duomo or Centrale. Would recommend to anyone staying for a couple of days to a week like I did. I was in the area for professional reasons with a local hospital. Sandra's place was a short walk to this hospital. So for me, the location was optimal. Sandra and Victor were very responsive and helpful. As others mentioned, there was some vibrations from a local train line, but other wise a very quiet and private apartment.

Nous tenons sincèrement à remercier Cristiano pour son acceuil et sa gentillesse. Present le jour de notre arrivée il s'est adapté à notre heure, il a été extrêmement proactif et nous a donné de bons conseils. L'appartement est extrêmement propre et fonctionnel, il dispose de tout le nécessaire. Je tiens à souligner le calme absolu du quartier. Il est possible de stationner dans le quartier sur des places gratuites et payantes ( le tarif pour la journée est beaucoup moins cher qu'en France). L'appartement est très bien situé pour profiter du lac, du centre historique et commerçant de Côme. Les transports en commun sont facilement accessibles. Une gare de train situé à 10min à pied permet de profiter d'une journée à Milan. L'appartement proposé par Cristiano est d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons

We had a great stay! Very close to the metro and tram and some great restaurants within walking distance. Walter was proactive in helping us check in and let us keep our bags at the house as we had a later flight. A wonderful quiet apartment and a great stay for our weekend break!

Nuestra experiencia con los anfitriones, Claudia y Alessandro ha sido inmejorable, insuperable, y nos ha dejado una enorme satisfacción personal. Hemos tenido una muy cálida recepción, nos han dado la bienvenida al hacer el ingreso a la propiedad, han dejado un riquísimo desayuno, bebidas en la heladera, un espumante para brindar por el arribo en esta hermosa Ciudad, y una amistosa charla que nos ha permitido optimizar nuestra estadía de pocos días en Milán. Siempre bien predispuestos, siempre hospitalarios, siempre atentos a que todo estuviera 10 puntos. No tenemos más que palabras de agradecimiento a cada uno de ellos. La propiedad, en impecable estado de limpieza, muy bien ambientada, muy acogedora, muy cálida, y se encuentra a unos 5 minutos caminando del tranvía 16, que permite ir a los lugares más importantes de la ciudad muy rápidamente. Querríamos calificar con mucho más de 5 puntos, si se pudiera, a nuestros anfitriones. Muchísimas gracias a ambos por una excelente estadía!!

Marco and Chiara were two very kind, responsive, and diligent hosts! They helped us immediately with checkin when I was a bit confused, and helped us get into our space quickly. There are elevators in the apartment building which help with suitcases. The only thing of note is that their place is two SEPARATE apartments suites - with two keys, on two floors. The apartments are not connected, so if you have kids and looking for them to stay with you, another apartment with two bedrooms on the same floor in the same unit might be better. For us, these two apartments were perfect as we were travelling with friends. I did lose a key but Chiara was so helpful in getting us in. They are both wonderful hosts and would definitely stay again!

We were 5 people staying at their flat and really enjoyed the spacious place. Even that we didn’t use the kitchen, it stood out that it was well equipped with condiments and much more. It was a pity that one of the toilet flushes broke on the second day and it was public holiday it was not able to be fixed in the time we were there. However, we were offered a small refund which was a nice gesture that we appreciated! Would come again!

Valentina e la sua mamma sono degli host molto accoglienti, premurosi ed estremamente gentili. La loro cortesia e cordialità è tangibile anche nella presenza di tutto ciò che può essere sufficiente per una abbondante colazione degli ospiti. Sono state, inoltre, disponibilissime ad esaudire le nostre esigenze in tema di orario di arrivo. La casa e ampia con spazi vivibili, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, situata in un luogo tranquillo a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro., con la possibilità di parcheggiare a due passi dal cancello d'entrata. Roberta has an amazing place close to the Duomo but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The place has a lovely outside rooftop patio. The place is lovingly decorated with incredible style and taste. The place is incredibly clean. Lots of light and super comfortable. This is our second time staying at this place and we were so fond of it when we first stayed there in 2019 we wanted to come back when in Milan again. It looks absolutely the same. Roberta is very warm and accessible. You can’t beat location, comfort and impeccable host.

I really enjoyed my stay at Micol's place in Milan Pros: Apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Micol was very responsive at all times. Very clean, quiet, and spacious. Neighborhood is in a great location (between Porta Venezia & Repubblica) and very easy to get around. Very near to public transportation, including Milano Centrale. Gay friendly and diverse neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and other services. Cons: There were no cons for me. All in all - I will definitely book there again for sure!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the department. It was a nice, cozy and quiet retreat from the busy city. The location is very close to several tram and metro stations. Everything in Milan is quite accessible. There are many good restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The apartment is in walking distance from the Milano Centrale (12min) station. Gaia and Pietro were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely come back next time!

Le logement est conforme à la description et très propre, dans un environnement calme. Nous avons échangé tout au long de notre séjour avec Donatella, la maman d'Alberto, qui s'est montrée très disponible, à l'écoute de nos besoins et pleine de gentilles attentions. De plus, Donatella nous a donné de bonnes adresses où nous restaurer ! Bref, un logement à recommander les yeux fermés pour la qualité des prestations, mais aussi la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes. En outre, la région est magnifique. Beaucoup d'activités à accessible rapidement en voiture (indispensable).

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, man ist schnell im Wald zum Joggen und Geschäfte (Supermärkte, Pizzeria) lassen sich auch zu Fuss erreichen. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass man das Auto direkt vor der Wohnung parken kann. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht und ist sehr sauber, das WLAN top. Der Austausch mit Tiziano war sehr nett, für Fragen ist er immer da und doch lässt er einem die nötige Privatsphäre. Für eine Workation, wie ich sie ein paar Tage dort gemacht habe, fand ich Wohnung und Umgebung ideal und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke, Tiziano, für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento a Pavia. La comunicazione con l'host è stata eccellente: sempre puntuale, precisa e cordiale. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale del centro e ben collegato dai mezzi pubblici. Inoltre, è presente un comodo parcheggio libero proprio di fronte alla residenza, un plus non da poco. L'alloggio era in condizioni perfette: pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutti gli accessori necessari e recentemente ristrutturato. L’esposizione alla luce naturale è ottima, rendendo l’ambiente caldo, accogliente e molto piacevole da vivere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e contiamo senz’altro di tornarci in futuro. Complimenti davvero all’host per la cura e l’attenzione dimostrate!
