The apartment was amazing, super clean and new and a very great location (walking distance from the skilift). The host was super friendly. Would highly recommend this place!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great apartment, comfy. Small rooms but perfect for being out and about in an area with a lot to do hiking and visiting places nearby. Parking available and easy check in. Quiet area but safe.

Giuliana and Giorgio are exquisite, friendly and always available people. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the center of Trento, really convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. Very clean and equipped with all comforts!

Super apartment, spacious bedrooms. If you are more than enough space with only adults, with two children, the living room is slightly on the smaller side. But all the furniture is new and super tidy, beds are really lovely!

Very nice upstairs apartment with balcony overlooking the mountains. Good amenities in the kitchen and a comfortable bed. Clean and without unnecessary stuff. The practical parking space in the underground parking lot, from where the apartment is easily accessible, completes the feel-good package. The school across the street has a break between 10-11am, there is of course noise but otherwise there is no inconvenience due to the location. Very convenient are also the two shopping facilities, one about 10, the other maybe 100 meters away from the apartment access.

Excellent Appartment! Clean, practical, functional, ski-to-door location, easy access to local shops and restaurants. Designers interior with great attention to detail - anything from the lighting, 2 wine openers, bath robes, wide selection of cutlery and wine glass for every occasion, to the 3 coffee makers. How romantic is to have your balcony overlooking the Dolomites and listen to the calm sound of the river underneath? Very happy. Will book it next year again.

We definitely loved the place. It is perfect for a couple who seeks independence and being close to La Villa’s lift and equipment rental shops. It’s also walking distance from the local CONAD supermarket and pharmacy.

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped. In the house there were also soaps, shampoos and some basic necessities in the kitchen. Very comfortable in the center of Mel. A little noisy because it's along the main street, but the fixtures insulate well from noise. Recommended!

Good equipped small apartment. Comfortable location as you can reach all the most popular locations in Dolomites in 1 - 1,5h by car.

Great stay at Ivo Paul's. Ultra clean, well located, Ivo Paul is kind, available and very responsive. Everything was perfect in the accommodation, nothing was missing, the apartment is more spacious than in the photos. Quiet while being close to everything, very charming village of Brixen/Bressanone, beautiful discovery. Beautiful accommodation, ideal place to visit the whole of South Tyrol. To be 100% recommended, we spent 7 nights in this place but we would have liked to stay more time in the area, so there were places to discover.

Tidy room, very clean and well-stocked kitchen. Perfect for a relaxing weekend

Absolutely dont think of anything else when visiting Dolomites (Western part). Diana's place is very central in Ortisei you can walk anywhere from there. The town itself is already pretty and a perfect base if you want to explore Seceda / Alpe di Siusi / or even Selva. With Diana's apartment, bus stop is stone throw's away and is located in the main street. Food and supermarket are very near. You can easily cook anything in the apartment and run to grocery store if need anything. If you dont want to excessively spend money for food this is perfect. Room is very cozy and have anything that you need from jacuzzi to pristine kitchen. Sudtirol bus card is also provided and will really help you navigate through South Tyrol. We're really satisfied and really hoping to come back soon to visit Dolomites in Diana's place.

Hermann is a great host. The check was flexible and smooth, there was an instruction for whirl pool and sauna. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. There is everything your heart desires. Hermann is always available and responds quickly. It was a very great vacation!

This place is one of our top 3. A real oasis! The decor is modern and very clean; it has everything you need and nothing there that unnecessarily dusts. The highlight is of course the hot tub on the terrace with the great view of the mountains. Great for our two dogs that the terrace is completely fenced and unseen. We will definitely be back.

We felt very comfortable from one second. Everything was explained to us directly at check-in and we were given tips for activities. The apartment was perfect, the location was very good and the amenities were more than adequate. The outdoor white pool and sauna were also very soothing and the view of the mountains from the pool was stunning. Communication also went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice appt with great access to the ski slopes. The appt was very clean and Laura has it very well organized including a QR code that takes you to a guide with instructions and also good recommendations. You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.
