One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

There is a large kitchen-living room that is fully furnished with a TV, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed made entirely of solid wood. We have fast Wi-Fi and parking available. The apartment has a great terrace with great views in beautiful Vischgau. It is a good starting point for beautiful hikes and 5 minutes from the village center.

In the new climate house standard A-Nature, the modern 2-room apartment with large kitchen is on the top floor. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Boraherd is a nice addition for hobby chefs. In addition to the large kitchen, the apartment also has a spacious bedroom with a double bed made of pine wood with an adjoining, renovated bathroom. A second double bed can be set up in the living room. There is a large terrace overlooking the Dolomites

Chalet De Ultimis is located amidst the peaceful mountain meadows and traditional farms of the Ulten Valley in St. Pankraz (San Pancrazio), South Tyrol.
