In the heart of the resort of Gruissan, its mythical beach of chalets, its Barbarossa tower, and its village in a residence, T2 cabin fully equipped classified 3* with magnificent views of the port and Clape, living room kitchen with sofa bed 140 mattress, 1 bedroom cabin bed 140, bathroom with toilet. This place is close to sites and amenities. Front terrace with harbor view and sea in the distance and rear terrace with Clape view. 4th floor without elevator access (the view is worth it).

Composed of 1 fully equipped kitchen with 1 bench area, 2 bedrooms (140 x 160 beds) & 1 mezzanine on the top floor (2 beds in 90), 2 bathrooms (showers) & 2 separate toilets. Spacious 24 m2 bedroom with desk, consisting of a double bed (duvet, pillows and sheets included). Bathroom essentials will be provided (towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer). Wifi and TV decoder are available in the accommodation. Washer and dryer available.

Large terrace of 12 m2. Located near the port, restaurants, bars, amusement park, nightclub, recreational spa center, shops, bakery, doctor's office, etc. Accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
