Mildly quirky barn on a beautiful listed Pembrokeshire C18th farmstead. Easy access to renowned Narberth and all of Pembrokeshire's coast. Lovingly converted with stone floors and beamed vaulted ceiling cradling two small crog lofts one of which forms a snug double bedroom. Many modern touches with an emphasis on carbon neutral design including lime mortar, local timber, original stone, biomass underfloor heating and wood burning stove. Families can take advantage of attractions that Pembrokeshire has to offer, including Folly Farm, Wakeboardpark, paddle boarding and surfing schools

A traditional Pembrokeshire cottage in a unique, idyllic woodland and waterside setting. The cottage is reached via a private farm road 1/2 a mile from the centre of Cosheston village. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

Attractions such as Folly Farm and Heatherton world of adventure to name but a few are also within easy access.
