Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Naples

We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

We stayed for 6 nights. The place is clean and the location was great, perfect for what we needed - close to FMB and downtown. Our only complaint (which it’s not really a complaint but more of just a heads up) the neighbors downstairs partied until like 6am on Saturday. Earplugs would’ve helped. That said, we would definitely stay again, though! Thanks, Angel! Hope to be back!

This was the perfect location for our trip. It was a beautiful condo on the golf course near Ave Maria. We are already planning our next trip with Sandra and Jorge!

Absolutely loved our stay! Only 10 minutes from the Pier/beach, restaurants, shops, and Downtown area. The place was just like in the pictures: spotless, with great amenities and decorated impecably. Had a bit of a hiccup with the code while checking in but the hostess helped our right away and we did not miss a beat. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to gorgeous Naples!

Everything was great about this rental, great location, very clean, nicely updated and decorated. Well stocked kitchen with everything that was needed, especially sharp knives which tend to be lacking in others rentals we have stayed in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice having washer and dryer available. Andy was exceptional with communication and checking to see if everything was good for us. Accommodated an early check-in. Cleaning gals very friendly. Definitely recommend and would definitely rent from Andy again One of the best rental experiences.

Great property, great location. There was plenty of room for our large group. The outdoor and pool areas and the large enclosed porch are all wonderful. Plenty of seating, very comfortable. Would rent this property again.

Wonderful stay in Cape Coral. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The pool was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient to everything. Todd was very responsive in all communication. We had a small issue with the Keurig machine, but I reached out and the wonderful property manager showed up at the door in record time with a new Keurig. We had a late flight out and asked for a late check out. They were very generous and allowed us to stay later than we expected. Very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again as everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

Perfect time at Blue Abaco! Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need - real home away from home. Plenty space for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed pool overlooking waterway! Vesteva Vacation Rentals great with communication too. Within easy driving distance - 5 mins- of local shops/restaurants. So could comfortably walk to shops too. Only short drive to Cape Coral Water Park - about 10 mins and about 20/30 minute drive to lovely Fort Myers beach. Located in quiet neighbourhood so really relaxing. Would highly recommend and would certainly do a return visit

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Very good area and price and overall great experience. The pool was great and the space was good for five of us and our dogs. Everything included is very helpful and true to description. The stay with Raul was great thanks a lot would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at John's condo. It was very comfortable with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We would highly recommend staying at his beautiful condo on Marco Island. The view from the lanai is outstanding, loved watching the boats and wildlife!! Great property with a lot to do. Excellent welcome packet and communication from John as well.

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at Doville’s condo. The location within the Lely Resort was great! We walked to workout every morning then went for a swim. The bike and walking trails were beautiful! All the extra amenities she had in the condo was an added bonus. We used the beach umbrella and chairs to visit a beach in Marco Island one day. So much to do in the area! We already booked for next March!

The place is perfect and as advertised -- the pictures do it justice. It was great for our family stay and I would highly recommend it. Lidia is wonderful to deal with and a great host. The pool was warm and perfect -- we just loved it there.

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!

We had a great stay at Rose’s condo. She was very helpful. Perfect location - 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We’ll be back

Our vacation was amazing!!! Marvin was a great host. He was very responsive and the place was exactly as described. The balcony view is amazing, especially at sunset. I can’t say enough good things about the condo, Marco Island and our host Marvin. We didn’t want to leave. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable! We honestly feel like we got the best sleep we’ve had in a long time!! The beach was right there and was never crowded. The pool area was great as well!! I highly recommend this Condo and Marvin as a host! We would definitely come back!
