Great house walking distance to downtown.

My weeklong stay at Dan's was wonderful. He was the perfect host - provided clear instructions for everything in the home, responded quickly to messages and made sure I had a comfortable stay. The self check-in/out process was very easy. The house itself is lovely - spacious, cozy and comfortable. There is a gorgeous view from all 3 floors. Note that the upstairs master bedroom doesn't have blinds covering the windows, so if you need to sleep in complete darkness, be sure to bring an eye mask (lots of city lights). I got used to this and it was so nice waking up with the sunrise and falling asleep to the view of the city at night. Various birds also stopped by outside the windows - hawks, ravens & hummingbirds. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, safe and quiet. The home is a 15-30 min walk to various parks where you can feel close to nature (highly recommend Glen Canyon Park). Lots of good food, shops and cafes in nearby Noe Valley and Glen Park (20-25 min walk) - keep in mind you'd have to walk uphill to get back. There is easy, free all day parking out front should you need it. It was really nice having central heating and access to a washer and dryer as well. Overall a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed two nights at Kathy's and used it as a home base for visiting wineries and the coast. It's a private and comfortable space, and Kathy let us use the kitchen and her relaxing outdoor patio for eating our breakfast. Thanks!

Second time staying here, it's in a safe location and the place was big. Parking was convenient too! Would recommend!!

The place is clean, comfortable and quiet. We really like the local guide Linda left. The morning hike to the Rabbit Hill Preserve is wonderful. The WIFI didn't work for us for the first night, Linda was actively working to help us finding a solution. Overal, great value.

Great place, walkable to trader joes, restaurants and Bart station. Perfectly met our needs and we might come back the next time we're visiting family.

A beautiful and eclectic San Franciscan home. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Home from home, we felt very comfortable and safe. Heidi's home really served its purpose, it gave us the flexibility we were looking for. Highly recommend a stay.

The check-in went very smoothly. Host was extremely accommodating with a flexible check-in time which we greatly appreciated. We had issues at first with Wi-Fi but the host was extremely proactive about getting the matter fixed expeditiously. Overall satisfied with the space.

Private and quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants extremely close. Relaxing environment and there were basic items in the kitchen. The location worked out perfectly for our family reunion. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay. VERY good communication with owner. Worked very well for us (were mid 60s and in good health) and our adult kids. Clean and very livable. There are stairs to manage so I wouldn’t recommend this for elderly adults who might struggle with this.

I loved my stay and wished I could of stayed longer. The host was super responsive and was able to get me in late in the evening when I really needed a place to land. The bed I stayed in was really comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook full meals. It was nice to have AC and living room was nicely furnished. I also really appreciated the premium streaming service! It's important to note for those with mobility issues there are lots of stairs and you do need to park on the street and walk a few minutes to get into the house (although you can drive up to the door to drop your stuff off ) That being said I have had 3 hip surgeries and I had no problem although I did have help getting my stuff in and out. Also - bring an eye mask if you need the room to be dark in the morning. The location is great - very close to downtown Pleasant Hill with it's movie theater, restaurants, and various stores. I would definitely recommend this host and this house!

Stayed there this past weekend. The space was perfect for what we needed. Supper clean and organized ! It was nice because everything was supplied (cups, towels, plates, etc.)

Kang's place is exactly as described! We loved our stay at his place and I can honestly say, he is one of the nicest hosts that I've ever had! The place was spotless, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our stay in San Francisco! His communication was excellent and I would gladly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous loft-like home. Truly special and absolutely pristine. Everything felt new in a really good way. Boutique high street a 2 min walk with lovely shops and restaurants. The top floor doesn’t have its own bathroom or a mirror but other than that, it really was perfect.

Gary and Ninder's home was exceptional! The house had everything we needed and it's in a great part of town that is safe and it's also centrally located, so it's just a short walk or drive to almost anything you want to see or do. Gary is also very attentive and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Robert's place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our business trip. We asked him for some help fixing a door during our stay and he went out of his way to fix it, which was much appreciated.

Nicole and Jonathan's place is a gem, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Modern amenities, full kitchen, bath, work space, and cozy bed and sitting area. Close to shops and restaurants in North Berkeley. The hosts were great with communication of all details. I would be happy to stay in their home anytime.

Overall, I have great things to say about this place. We stayed for a little over two months and throughout our stay Mony was always responsive. The neighborhood was safe and the home was nice. We requested to extend our stay a couple times on short notice and Mony was able to accommodate. It is nice and spacious inside as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. We had a wonderful family visit here in preparation for a larger family reunion when we will fill both the upstairs and downstairs units later this summer. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a perfect place to spend time cooking and eating together with our grown sons and other family members. We enjoyed the way the kitchen, dining area, and living room are all one big space. We especially enjoyed lunch on the back deck. Looking forward to our next visit!
