Situated on the east side of town, it is in short equal distance to Buena Vista and Gundlach Bundschu, the 2 oldest wineries in California.

Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

Large always hot spa, fireplace, full kitchen, big TV, propane fire pit, screened in dining porch and 2 sets of french doors off the living room so you can enjoy nature or just curl up by the fire.
