The Smithy - Spacious Barn

FayeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Loved the barn. Perfect for dogs and I. Bed was very comfy. Has WiFi in The Smithy now and I could log on to all my programmes on the smart TV in the lounge. I used the dishwasher a few times but the water didn’t seem to clean the plates very well. Odd as for a shower or sink the water was very hot. Loved all the local recommendations for beaches and pubs. Only down side which the owners can do nothing about are vehicles going down the lane, didn’t think of the speed they were doing:( Must say the under heat flooring is the best and the treats left for arrival. Overall a fantastic stay and I’d certainly go back again. Loved it:)
A cozy living area features a yellow bench with decorative pillows, complimenting a dark blue accent wall. Warm wooden shelves display plants and decor. A round coffee table sits in front, while a small kitchenette is visible in the background, providing a functional space.

The Annexe

MaisieRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Elinor was a great host, she was very friendly and welcoming. She always answered my messages quickly and was very helpful with resolving any problems or questions I had quickly. I was on placement for 6 weeks in Glangwili hospital, as I was staying by myself the annexe was great as it was the perfect size and equipped with everything I needed during my time here. The hospital was a less than 10 minute drive away so perfect if you have a car :) I had a lovely stay at the annexe, and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Carmarthen. If I am ever back in Carmarthen I would definitely stay here again.
