Nannerth Ganol is an old farm with a 16 century Welsh Longhouse. On our site we have The Cottage, Barn Flat, large garden and Creative Workspace. Accommodation is busy with cyclists, walkers and escapees. Head into the Elan Valley and surrounding area directly from our location. It has hosted people from the music industry who have come here to write/record . We are very isolated , so perfect if you want to get away from everything. You can relax/create or go explore. I also offer great food.

Relax and unwind in this beautiful converted 1880s school. Plenty of original school features are still on display. Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The house sits on the edge of a forestry leading up a hill with stunning views and lots of dog friendly walks/bike rides. Ideal for fishing in the Wye!

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Pretty Studio in Private Courtyard Setting.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Inn" serving good home cooked food. Freesat T.V and Wifi If you wish to stay connected to the outside world or peace and quiet if not.

Magical, quiet hideaway in the hills of mid-Wales

Come and experience our magical place nestled on the side of the Gwastedyn Hill hidden away from everything. 'Y troed' (The Footings) is a lovely little standalone cottage built out of the stone taken from the original barn that also restored the main house. It is a lovely simple space for you to relax in and opens up onto a private decking area that overlooks one of our ponds and has views down into the valley below which may coax you out to explore the 16 acres of private grounds.

Ffosmascal is a rural, boutique style home from home. Relax amidst the beautiful hills and mountains of mid Wales, perched up above Rhayader - gateway to the Elan Valley and yet 20-30minutes walking to the pubs, cafes and shops of the old town. A spacious converted barn refurbished with sensitivity and charm, attached to the old farmhouse (owners residence). Extremely peaceful and found at end of unmade track, unsuitable for low lying cars but can be navigated with care.
