There are 2 cozy living rooms, kitchen, laundry room and a slightly narrow staircase to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and sunny garden with terrace. The house is a 5-minute walk from cafes, restaurants and pizzerias. The pedestrian street is just nearby. There are 3 km to Hestehovedet, a beautiful beach with Denmark's longest swimming pier, mini golf, etc. Dodekalitten, Knuthenborg Safari Park and the Fehmarn Tunnel construction are worth visiting.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadows, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days in a soulful place, then Bondehuset in Bandholm is the place.

Tiny house in the orchard

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Welcome to “Ved skov og strand” – a personal cottage filled with soul and history. Here you live in the middle of nature, only 10 meters from beech forest and 300 meters from a small private beach with rowboat. The house has been carefully renovated and furnished with a mix of new and old, and there is room for immersion, play and tranquility. A small oasis where time stands still and where the sunsets over the sea never disappoint.

Annex overlooking Svendborg Sund, located on the Øhavs Trail and a short distance from Svendborg city center, is the perfect place to explore South Funen from.
