The house is a 5-minute walk from cafes, restaurants and pizzerias. The pedestrian street is just nearby. There are 3 km to Hestehovedet, a beautiful beach with Denmark's longest swimming pier, mini golf, etc. Dodekalitten, Knuthenborg Safari Park and the Fehmarn Tunnel construction are worth visiting.

The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Eat at home or at the fishing bar at the harbor and take trips in the area.

The rental property is located on Lolland in the station town of Søllested, right between Nakskov and Maribo.
