This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Fjordhuset Langø, 10-person vacation home

The home is located in beautiful surroundings, with ocean views from the rooftop terrace. The home has been newly renovated and uniquely decorated, with plenty of “house husbandry” art on the walls. There is plenty of space for children, adults, and pets to enjoy, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a wilderness bath, trampoline, soccer goal, lots of toys for children and 2 large SmartTVs. There is a car charger in the carport.

Apartment for two people

Apartment with private entrance directly on the garden and only 10 minutes from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. Tourist tax €2 per day per person to be paid directly on the beach. Bicycle rental for two people possible (no e-bike). Charging station for electric cars available and can be used for a fee.

Charming urban guesthouse with park access

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Small but good is the motto of the renovated old laundry house, which is close to the beach, forest and town. There is a private terrace with two chairs and a cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden.
