The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. The home is located in beautiful surroundings, with ocean views from the rooftop terrace. The home has been newly renovated and uniquely decorated, with plenty of “house husbandry” art on the walls. There is plenty of space for children, adults, and pets to enjoy, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a wilderness bath, trampoline, soccer goal, lots of toys for children and 2 large SmartTVs. There is a car charger in the carport.
