The apartment is located on the road that borders Lake Nahuel Huapi, in front of Playa Bonita. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two twin beds), two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a lake view and a TV. It is a 15-minute drive to downtown and 13 minutes to Cerro Catedral. The complex has a heated pool (its use and availability depend on the consortium and there may be times when it does not work), a gym, a laundry room, and parking.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has all the amenities for a great stay. A privileged view of Lake Nahuel Huapi, which can be enjoyed both from the living room through a large window, and from the balcony terrace (equipped with 2 chairs and a small table to share a snack) which is accessed from the room with a queen-size bed. A few kilometers from the entrance to Cerro Catedral, and in front of the best beach. Unbeatable location!

Cozy apartment on the shores of Nahuel Huapi.

Our apartment is great with an excellent view of the nahuel huapi lake. It is located 12 blocks from the center of Bariloche and has its own parking. It is equipped for 4 people. With one (1) room , and two other beds in the living room. High quality sommiere, tv-cable, wifi and terrace. We also offer use of the playroom, gym and heated pool. It is advisable to come by car or rent one since it is not located in the city center.

I went a few days with friends and we had an excellent stay. We were able to take advantage of the pool and the grill, with the mountain always in the background. The house was spotless and we were very comfortable (there were 4 of us). Hosts always cared for us with kindness and responded to our concerns. Everything is great 👍

The place it's amazing and we wish we could've stayed for longer. The included breakfast is delicious and I think it will fit majority of tastes. During winter the climate is both beautiful and incredibly cold, I belive I have after effects (a heavy cold) due to the weather coupled with temperature changes from the sauna. Aside from that, I think we'll eventually stay here in the future! (the baths with the water jets in the main rooms are amazing!)

The place is 100% what it promises, everything fully equipped for 4 with even pool towels, a beautiful view in front of the beach. The host was super nice and gave us recommendations on what to do in Bariloche. The place is very clean and safe with its own parking lot. I recommend it 100%

The house is even nicer than what's shown in the photos. Very well decorated, in a beautiful setting and quite a distance from the rest of the houses. It has lots of kitchen accessories. It's spacious, comfortable, cozy and super clean. They make you want to stay and not go out! Her co-host Jimena was always attentive and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to spend a few days there with my family again. 100% recommended

When booking, he sends you very detailed information on how to get there, access, suggestions on where to buy and load fuel, even how to handle yourself when entering with your pets, everything was really very clear and simple, as for the cabin there is no description that can do it justice, it really is a magical place, it has everything you need, the water pressure and temperature is really more than enough, the heating was good, we were very comfortable, we were received by Florian who was very kind, He helped us with a wheelbarrow to carry the luggage, although the slope was easy to climb. The property is safe and quiet. The cabin is private, there are no others that invade your privacy. The views are great and the autumn colors and the sound of the stream give it a very special touch. Lighting the outdoor stove at night and roasting meat there at noon was a plus. We only had one rainy day and even with rain the place is nice. They were very attentive. We really hope to be able to return

Very nice area with collective stops if you are not with a car, the heated pool was cool , Luciano everything was fine in my case the flight schedule went out later and allowed me to stay in the accommodation a little more that is worth a lot thank you😁.

We were staying for 5 nights, everything worked very well. The depto with great view and very comfortable. The complex looks new, although a bit of maintenance is needed. It has a very nice balcony overlooking the Correntoso. Communication was always very good. I recommend it!

Since before receiving us, Mariana reached out to give us the first directions, recommendations and was in the place in time and form. She had beautiful details to welcome us and we felt right at home. The apartment is beautiful, the pool too. The location is perfect because it is close to downtown and on the side of the Nahuel Huapi so that you get up and can quietly go for some mates downstairs.
