Antigua House built in 1952 and recycled to new, located in the urban center of San Carlos de bariloche, 5 minutes walk from the shopping and gastronomic center, 15 minutes walk from the civic center, 400 meters from Lake Nahuel Huapi and 200 mts from the stops of all the collectives, buses and means of transport towards the Cerro Catedral, Cerro Otto, circuit chico ,towards Llao Llao, etc. For antiquity, the temperature of the house is between 18 and 21 degrees.

The cabin itself is made mostly from recycled materials and has some rugged aspects to it. If you seek traditional and detailed construction, this is not the place for you. If you work remotely, please be advised that we have a fibre optic connection of 300 Mb/s.

We traveled with family, it was an exceptional trip! Amazing facilities, the temperature of the house. The kitchen is super-equipped, and the stove area is really enjoyable! It is located on the shore of the lake, and you can walk to the shores down a path. We went with our dogs and the place's facilities made us feel safe to leave them outside, and for them to also enjoy the wonderful park. Infinite thanks Saul, the days we spent at Casa Aime were very cozy, we will be back!

Great, cozy cottage, close to everything you would need. Short walk to the lake, many restaurants, breweries, etc. We stayed for a month and had to work during the weekdays. The place was really well set up for work including super fast and reliable wifi, 2 desks and a lot of natural light. It's also well set up for long stays with a fully functional kitchen, comfy bed and It's also super close to a lot of conveniences like grocery store, pasta shop, meat stores etc. if you like to cook at home. Paula was very friendly and super responsive to answer any questions and give local tips, during our long stay. I will definitely recommend this apartment and can't wait to go back.

The house is charming and cozy, we had a great time in it. The lawn has a beautiful view of the mountains, and a well-maintained plot. The house had everything you needed for your stay and cooking, all the dishes were clean and new. Towels and bed linen are also all new, pleasant. We were also provided with a baby crib. We would like to return to this house again and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome!

Mountain House with an Excellent View

If you ever dreamed of sleeping in a Patagonian forest but without the risk of a brown bear eating you, this cabin is for you. The cleanliness is extreme - if you drop a piece of bread on the floor, you can pick it up and interview it before you eat it. Everything shines. Not a rebellious lint, not a dislocated little miguita. Silence is such that, if you hear anything, it is your own conscience reminding you of pending things. The guys had such a good time that they came to think they were in a treehouse. For the first time ever, they didn't order the tablet. Noble woods, some adobe walls, comfortable beds and a heating that hugs you. The kitchen has everything to feel Francis Mallmann: pots, pans, a fast pava and a glacier soul refrigerator. It rained us one day, but between the cafe, the view and the peace, we felt in a Swedish movie where people drink hot chocolate and watch the water fall with a comfortable smile. We will be back!

We arrived at Matías' after being scammed at another place. We were quickly able to enter the house. The house is very comfortable and complete but it needs a deeper clean, the garden needs more care, a table, a couple of chairs. The neighborhood is not nice and is a little far from all the places we visited. Despite those details, we had a great time at the house and I know Matías will work it out.
