Excelente vista. Es muy cómoda . Es una casa cálida , alegre y luminosa . Tiene tres dormitorios, living , comedor + cocina americana . Un baño y un toillette . Jardín , zona de parrilla para asados. Cerca , a 1,5 km hay un centro comercial muy completo Dos playas importantes a dos km. Lago Moreno y Bahia Serena a sólo dos kms. Cerca de restaurantes y muy bien ubicada. A mitad de camino entre el centro y Llao Llao. Garage techado. Transporte público por la puerta.

Self-contained entrance with automatic gate. Deck, grill. It shares land with the owners' house. 6 km from the center and 6 km from Dina Huapi where there are shops to stock up.
