With private bathroom and kitchen Reception for the bungalow is in the warm, friendly, yellow house next doorand shares its huge garden reaching down to the lake shore; orchard, vegetable and flower gardens, extensive grass fed on by wild geese, black-headed ibis, hawks and, from time to time, horses. Strategically located to acces hiking, biking, horse riding and kayak circuits. Safe and quiet neigborhood, not near other houses and separated from the main road by a dirt track and double line of mature trees. However, main road offers frequent bus services tBariloche centre and out into beautiful countryside. Only 1 km away from the supermarket and excellent local shops, 4 km away from Circuito Chico, 10 km away from Llao-Llao Hotel (lake boat trips) and 15 km away from downtown Bariloche or Cerro Catedral. We don't knowingly accept tobacco smokers in either the house or the bungalow. I like to share cooking and eating times as well as photography, hiking, biking and driving around country roads!! I am a professional ski instructor and guide and happy to arrange privately, for the nearby ski resorts (Catedral) area. Should your first choice of accommodation be unavailable, please note that the property has 2 double rooms, one with ensuite, and a twin-bedded groundfloor room, to share or take privatly for single occupancy. It also has a cozy single room on the groundfloor, The garden offers sunny and shady areas, space to get away from it all or to socialise in unique, natural surroundings.o

Excellent property in Bariloche on the coast of Lake Nahuel Huapi, with a beautiful fully landscaped environment and private sandy beach, pier and extensive garden. An incredible place with the utmost privacy, excellent surroundings and views, fully landscaped and fenced. In the area there is a supermarket, service station and mall. The house is very well located, on the road that leads to the LLao LLao hotel, for summer excursions or to go to Cerro Catedral in winter.
