Highly recommended! We had a great stay at this apartment in Osaka! The size was perfect for two people, though it was a bit of a squeeze to open two 28-inch suitcases at the same time. The washing machine was a huge plus—very convenient for a longer stay. The location is excellent, just a short 4-minute walk from Ebisucho Station, making it easy to get around. We took a private transfer from the airport, which took about an hour by car. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, including a 7-Eleven just around the corner. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only drawback - vehicle sounds from the road can be heard at times but with the comfort of a king-sized bed, it was okay even for a light sleeper like me. All in all, a comfortable and well-located apartment for exploring Osaka!

Stayed here for the 2nd time! Amazing place, quite quiet but near to Kuromon Market

First of all, the location of the room is very good, only 3mins walking distance from Ebisucho subway station, turn right out of the door to Tsutenkaku, turn left to Dotonbori.Also, it's really convenient to have a washing machine in the other room (not to mention having your own washing powder!)No need to go out to find a laundry shop.The room has four clothes racks and some kitchenware.The soundproofing is also very good. I don't hear the sound from other rooms.The room is very nice. My partner and I highly recommend it!

Muneo-san exceeded our expectations of a host and we were extremely pleased with our time spent here in Osaka. The location has abundant food and drinks options within walking distance, plenty of convenient stores, easy access to public transit (and therefore, Dotonbori), and is incredibly close to Osaka Castle. The space itself was perfect for rest after enjoying the city as it was spacious, spotless, and outfitted with comfortable furniture and modern amenities. We loved our time here and without a doubt, would come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Osaka!

Very spacious, clean and cozy! Just steps away from the train station. Had everything you needed to cook a meal or just relax. The washer and dryer were super convenient as we were backpacking. The projector screen was fun to watch a movie and the beds were super comfy. Our only regret was only staying for 1 night!

There is also a 711 and a pharmacy near Kintetsu Mimoto Station about ten minutes walk.The house is well organized in every corner and fully stocked with cookware and utensils!There are hangers and tanning hangers, so it is very convenient to stay and wash your clothes!The second floor room is also comfortable with the right size bedding, and the experience is very good for six of us ~

We stayed two nights with Stefano. He explained everything to us at check-in. The apartment is on the ground floor, it is wonderfully large and offers everything you need. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by the sounds of the frogs. But if you want to sleep in the evening, you can hardly hear the frogs with the doors closed. All in all, it was a great stay at Stefano's!

We had a great time! Beautiful spot and house and welcoming host. We rented a car and managed to see Kyoto, Nara and Osaka from here plus the sea to the north. It is also very close to a dam with a spa in it (although we didn't manage to see this in our short stay). Was a great Honeymoon!

This was one of the most beautiful places i have ever stayed. The house and garden were gorgeous. Seiichi and Ritsuko gave us fantastic recommendations, and we were able to walk everywhere from the house. I loved staying here and will definitly come again.

On the way back from Nagashima Spa Land, 9 people from three generations stayed.There was a 90-year-old, but the entrance was barrier-free, there was a handrail, and they were happy. There were two cars, a van and an SUV, but I was able to park them in front of the inn without any problems. It is within 10 minutes by car from Nagaspa, and a convenience store is about 2 minutes on foot, so it was very good to be able to relax and prepare dinner after playing and being exhausted, and to bathe and shop. The room, toilet, washroom, etc. were well cleaned. It was also fully equipped with basic appliances. The bath had a hot spring, and I, who likes hot springs, was also satisfied. The owner responded quickly, and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The neighborhood was a quiet residential neighborhood, and there was a mansion across the street, so it seemed like it would stand out if it was noisy.

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – everything is within easy reach, including Dotonbori and public transportation. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. It had everything we needed, including laundry facilities, which were very convenient. A big thank you to our host Bi, who was always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. We especially appreciated his help with carrying our luggage. When we’re back in Germany, we’ll fondly remember our time in Osaka.

This is an extraordinary place. The location is in the heart of the buzzing Gion district, and everything easily walkable. They hosts were helpful & flexible with us leaving bags before and after. The space is unbelievable and rare. It's very spacious, which was a relief after being crammed in prior hotels. Basically it is a giant and very cool room, with attached bathroom and laundry wing. Bedding comfy. The place feels funky. It has absolutely everything you could need. It is not a shared space with anyone else, it's all yours and private. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the space was perfect. Huge room to run and climb, with plastic kitchenware, toys and books. As the host mentions, it is across the hall from a rooftop bar that can be a little noisy, but also distant bars and the district is noisy and busy in general, it was okay. It was neat and fine but could use a deep clean (it would be a hard space to keep perfect), but overall wonderful. 10/10.

This place is really conveniently located with lots of restaurants, shops and groceries nearby. There are bus stops around the corner that offer access to multiple bus routes that go directly to specific sites or neighbourhoods, and Kyoto station is a short walk away. The room was nice, clean, all necessary amenities provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Overall a great place to stay.

Aoi was an amazing host and was very responsive! The place felt very cozy and was in the heart of Osaka. It was very convenient to get to other destinations and the place overall was very nice to stay at!
