Charming cabin very close to Rondane National Park. At the cabin we can tempt you with fireplace and beautiful views as well as table tennis in the basement and large playground outside in the woods for the little ones. Good hiking possibilities in both summer and winter. Otherwise, the cabin consists of a large bathroom with slate floors, double sink, shower, toilet and washing machine, a spacious kitchen and dining room as well as a living room with sofa and TV. There is also a porch and a fire pit. There is a road all the way to the door, even in winter.

Welcome to the mountain hut in Rondane

Welcome to Rondane National Park! The cabin is located 2 km from Mysusæter, and 2 km from Spranget (the national park starts here). The cabin is located on top of Rondane mountain plateau with the possibility of both short and long trips. For example, you can walk up to the top of Ranglarhø right behind the cabin and get a beautiful view, walk down to Brudesløret, or you can walk or cycle from Spranget to Rondvassbu and plan a top trip from there. It is possible to take a top trip as a day trip from our cabin and the opportunity to rent a bike at Spranget.

Family cabin at Rondane

Year-round cabin with hot water and electricity, 3,050 feet (930 meters) above sea level, just outside Rondane National Park. The cabin is located in Sel municipality, only 20 min from the hub Otta. With wintery road and room for 6-8 people, this place is perfect for both families and couples of friends. Ski tracks and hiking trails are just outside the door. The upper appartment will be closed off but it will not be occupied when the lower apartment is rented. The cabin is relatively close to the Rondane National park with easy access to hikes, both easy and more or less challenging.
