It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

A place for nature lovers. Our apartment is located in a traditional Lombard house in the authentic mountain village of Livo, above Gravedona ed Uniti on the northwestern shore of Lake Como. At around 650 meters above sea level, hikers and those seeking peace can enjoy the clear mountain air and quiet surroundings, while the lake remains within easy reach, about 15–20 minutes away.
