It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

Also good for working in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury and for trains into London and Birmingham. The apartment has disabled access and ample off-road parking. We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

A self-contained, one bedroom apartment which was converted from stables around 10 years ago. It is around 550 sqft and has a large double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a comfortable open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and a limestone shower room. And of course, it has a stable door! Located in the middle of a small village which is approximately 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard where fast trains to London take just 30 minutes.

Very happy to have chosen Paul's place for my stay in Milton Keynes. I stayed with Paul for a month and immediately felt very comfortable and welcomed. On arriving, Paul quickly showed me around the place, which includes a very spacious kitchen and garden. The room itself was very clean and equipped with a TV. There are a few guest rooms you could be staying in with dedicated bathrooms for each floor. Paul himself was very friendly and responsive, and always happy to chat or leave me to my own devices depending on what I felt like (he was even kind enough to cook a couple of meals for me!). The area is on the outskirts of Milton Keynes and very quiet, so I'd recommend a stay at Paul's for those who are looking for a peaceful location and don't mind a short drive to the centre. Thanks Paul for the great stay!

A lovely home and a great host. Very central location in Buckingham town. Room and overall home is spotless and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I have stayed with Alicia and Matt for six weeks. They are both so welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. The house was kept pristine throughout my stay. Alicia was very quick with communicating to me via air bnb. This was a perfect place to stay during the working week. Right next to Asda and a nice local neighbourhood.

A workspace is featured with a small lamp, a kettle, and a decorative potted plant on a light surface. A drawer unit with multiple drawers is visible, along with a folded towel and an art piece hanging on the green wall.

It's an absolutely incredible accomodation! They went out of their way to make it as convenient as possible and it made my stay even more enjoyable! They prepared towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, a bottle of water, etc. They even went out of their way to prepare a charging brick for me since I didn't have one. Absolutely incredible and if I ever visit the area again, I would like to stay here again.
