Es más bonito que las fotos! Tiene vistas increíbles. El lugar es muy tránquilo y el departamento donde nos quedamos es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo indispensable. Flavio y Massimo son muy amables y atentos a nuestras necesidades. El lugar está a 10-15 min del pueblo de Castiglione del Lago que es muy bonito y cerca también hay supermercados y todo lo que se necesita.

Wonderful stay! Host had clear instructions for an easy self check-in process and was communicative throughout our stay which was greatly appreciated. Loved the location as it was walking distance to everything. The washing machine, kitchen and all of the amenities included made for a comfortable stay. 10/10 recommend!!!! :)

This is our second time in this lovely apartment and we wouldn’t have a second thought of making our third time. Silvia and Tomasso always respond promptly when messaged and always make sure all is well! Ci vediamo, Katie.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We will definitely be back! The location is about 30-40 minutes from the main city in Florence. Federico recommended we rent a car but we didn’t want to drive in an area we were unfamiliar with. We were provided with the bus schedule which was very easy to take to the city. We planned ahead and bought some groceries in Florence before heading back to the property. We got lucky with getting taxis at the property to eat at a nearby restaurant (Ristorante San Martino) but it wasn’t as convenient as getting one in Florence (had to wait a bit). The place was just as described, very relaxing and just what we wanted! All in all a great experience. We were so sad to leave!

Siena is a city that steals your heart, and this Airbnb made our experience even more special. The beautiful scenery was a standout, stunning vistas of the Tuscan landscape and the charm of the historic city were right at our doorstep. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the cobblestone streets and iconic architecture. The apartment was beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with Tuscan charm. We had a great experience from the initial booking, responsiveness with questions and all communications, recommendations on what to see and do, instructions on everything we needed to know about the Villa, parking, etc. and the utmost friendliness that was extended to us was all so much appreciated. We felt like honored house guests. You will not go wrong selecting this as your home away from home as well!

This place is pure magic. You are perched on top of a hill with an endless view out over Umbria. You could stare at it all day. The interior is simple but well appointed and has everything you need. But we spent all of our time outside - a beautiful dining table and lounge chairs look out over the view, and amazing pool with the same view, a wood-fired bbq where we cooked all of our meals. It was my wife, out 2-year-old and myself, and we had the most amazing time relaxing on the property. Radicofani, is an ancient town, frozen in time and only a 4 minute drive away - it's got a coupe great resturants, good butcher, cafe and bakery and a very cool fortress. We took a day trip to Pienza (stunning) and another to the amazing "Balena Bianca" hot springs. Google it! This place makes the perfect basecamp for day trips, or the ideal spot to kick back and relax. The host are super responsive and a huge help for tips, ideas or if you need anything. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Non posso fare altro spendere buone parole per questa esperienza fantastica e complimentarmi con Riccardo per la gestione che riserva ai suoi clienti che tratta come fossero amici di vecchia data. Tutto perfetto..posizione ottimale a 10 minuti da Greve in Chianti,e circondato da aziende agricole e vigneti,ottima pulizia e alloggio molto molto particolare e curato nel dettaglio,sia all'interno che all'esterno dove si ha a disposizione il parcheggio coperto per la macchina e un grandissimo giardino che offre una visuale mozzafiato e panoramica sulla vallata. Riccardo disponibilissimo a chiarire ogni aspetto non solo riguardo la sua struttura ma anche di tutto ciò che lo circonda,pronto a consigliarvi e a darvi spiegazioni e indicazionii di ogni genere per rendere ottimale il vostro soggiorno. Quando tornerò da quelle parti passerò sicuramente a trovarlo.

Marco’s place is in the heart of Montichiello village, perched atop a hill with beautiful views. We stayed one night during our biking trip from Siena and wished we could have stayed longer! Marco is a kind and thoughtful host. The apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and a great shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a cozy table for meals. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the space cool in summer. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs lined with flower pots, and features a charming bookshelf at the entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a storage room where we safely stored our bikes alongside Marco’s. It also has a washing machine and dryer available. A local grocery store is just 300 meters away. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in this lovely village!

Herzlichen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Die perfekte Erholung nach einem Ausflug in die Stadt Florenz!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem traumhaften Appartement verbracht. Der Garten und das dazugehörige Anwesen einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannten sucht kommt zu 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Florenz bestens zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenhalt! Wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen.

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Monica was an incredible host. She allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in so we could spend time exploring Florence. She also gave us many great recommendations. The Airbnb itself was in a perfect location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was clean and filled with all the amenities we could ask for. Monica was responsive and was nice enough to check in with us throughout our to see if there was anything we needed. We were sad to leave. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend booking with Monica if you have the opportunity! Grazie millie Monica!

Schon wenn man bei Bryan durch das Gartentor tritt, fühlt man sich sofort in ein toskanisches Paradies versetzt. Der Garten ist eine wahre Oase und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl und willkommen. Bryan und seine Frau sind wundervolle, herzliche Gastgeber. Von hier aus lassen sich viele bekannte toskanische Städte, wie Florenz, Arezzo oder Siena, erkunden.

What a lovely spot to stay! The rental is quite large, with a spacious downstairs and a nice bedroom upstairs, and the views are amazing. It is located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany. Hosts were friendly. I especially appreciated the hot tub!

This was without a doubt one of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in. Not just a place to stay, but a piece of Florentine history. Palazzo Caccini hosted the Emperor of Byzantium in 1439, and the wedding of Francesco de Medici in 1565. Frescoes on the bedroom ceiling were painted by Bernardino Poccetti in the late 16th century. Where else do you get that?? Gian Lorenzo was an excellent, resounding host. One small point - the bedroom is close to the main road so there is a bit of noise. This was fine for me, but if you’re a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

The apartment is gorgeous inside. The kitchen was very well stocked, and quite modern. We had a little trouble finding it, but we are unfamiliar with Lucca. Lovely restaurants in all directions and cute shops. Leandro was a wonderful host . Peaceful and relaxing stay.

What a fantastic property. Simona was great in offering recommendations in the area. The property itself is very modern and clean and in a great location to walk to many restaurants and the sites to see in Florence. Would definitely like to go back again. Recommend staying here.
