Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Murlo

We spent 10 days in Leonardo & Gabriela’s Oltrarno apartment. It has charming yet sophisticated nautical decor , every amenity , great kitchen, in a well established, upscale , quiet neighborhood. Fabulous local restaurants , patisserie, butchers , fish market and fresh produce within 5 minutes walking . Also walkable to many important Florence sites and museums through the Porta Romana arch gate . It is a wonderful building and a magical experience . We usually stay at elevated hotels and this apartment met all our expectations. They were very responsive and helpful on several occasions. The kindest and nicest hosts. Thank you Gabriela and Leonardo!!!

Glenda’s place is in a fantastic location for exploring Firenze. The apartment is clean and newly remodeled and lovely and modern. It’s in the third floor but there is a new seeming elevator that can bring up your luggage. There is a washer and dryer which was huge for a family traveling. No complaints about the place at all- the only caveat I would mention is that it can get noisy in the wee hours of the morning- the street out front seems to be a thoroughfare for construction vehicles that show up around 5am. Glenda has helpfully supplied earplugs in each bathroom, which were gratefully put to use. And all was well!

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! La signora Maria Paola, anche se non l’abbiamo mai incontrata è stata ospitale e disponibile, l’appartamento è come descritto dalla proprietaria in centro e in zona tranquilla.

L’appartamento é situato in pieno centro pedonale in una delle vie dello shopping dove pullulano osterie e ristoranti di ogni tipo. La casa é enorme e adatta a 6 persone anche se il terzo bagno non é completo di doccia. Tutto nuovissimo e pulitissimo con oggetti d’arredo molto ricercati. Da ogni stanza é possibile godere di una vista mozzafiato sui tetti di Siena e della torre mangia sembra di poterla toccare con la punta del dito. È un piano attico ma fornito di ascensore. Ci é stato fornito un parcheggio distante 7 minuti a piedi dall’entrata con qualche difficile salita se si hanno bagagli ingombranti. Siamo stati benissimo e consiglio a pieni voti questo alloggio.

This is one of the most lovely Airbnb's we've ever stayed at! The grounds are so peaceful, the apartment is comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Oh Simone! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Florence! Your home honestly made our stay so great! The space, the layout, the authenticity of furnishings, the location, we couldn’t fault it at all. The kids were so sad to leave your home and it felt so special to stay there. Despite the stairs, which our kids (4 + 2yrs old) loved conquering everyday, we would be back in a heartbeat. We super appreciate the quality of the home and appliances and the blackout shutters were super helpful with two little ones who needed good sleep. We’ll definitely be back one day! Xoxo

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Federico’s apartment with my sister and mum. It’s a stunning property, incredibly spacious with plenty of charm, it was perfect for our requirements. The apartment building is a short walk to the piazza, with plenty of restaurants and shops en route. I have stayed in Siena many times over the last decade and this was the best accommodation I have had yet. Federico is really friendly and very responsive to any questions / requests. I would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you ☺️

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Our family recently stayed at this property. It was exactly as described; very clean, modern and large with a dedicated workspace. An extra bonus was a dryer as many rentals have washing machines but no dryers. The location is in a residential area across the street from a park and the river. It is 15-20mins walk from the city centre but worth it to be in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and cafes. We walked to town each day no problem. The check in process was simple and the hosts were very responsive. All in all we had a great experience here and would recommend staying.

We enjoyed our stay at David’s and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Florence! If you’re hesitating to stay on the other side of the Arno “Oltrarno”, don’t! This neighborhood was wonderful to walk about (go get a sandwich from Schiaccia!) and had easy access to cross the Ponte Vecchio! The apartment was spacious, had great size beds, black out shutters, and a quirky laundry room. You’ll see! Thanks to David for a great welcome! Hope to see you again!

Lisa Jane’s townhouse in Montalcino was perfect with breathtaking views of the Tuscan valley. The townhouse itself was super clean, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It was a great base for exploration of nearby Tuscan towns we visited- Pienza(35 min), Sienna(55), Castilogne Della Pescaia(65), Pitigliano(90) and Montepulciano(45). Also get your int. driver’s license from AAA. Save the hassle of being pulled over like we got. Lisa Jane was extremely responsive, helpful, friendly and waiting for us upon our arrival! She explained everything and gave great recommendations. The townhouse has everything you need - we made great use of the provided umbrellas! I will point out the exact location could be tricky for people with mobility challenges. The entrance is about halfway up or down(depending which way you access) a small street with a very steep incline. We did fine, but my watch alerted me to a 4X increase in average stairs! We highly recommend!!

Flot lejlighed midt inde i Firenze med gåafstand til alting. Og så en fantastisk tagterasse med udsigt ud over Firenze! Eneste forslag til forbedring er flere glas og kopper, så vi ikke skal vaske op hele tiden.

Ilaria was a fantastic host. Not only was her place pristine and beautiful, but it was walking distance to all of the main stops in Florence. The space was so nice, the bathroom seemed brand new. It was spacious and clean. Ilaria was super responsive and kind, and very friendly. Thank you so much Ilaria! This space was definitely worth it!

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

The apartment is amazing. There is so much space and it’s very comfortable. There was everything we would have needed, from toothpaste, to a first aid kit to lots of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware if you want to cook at home. The location was central to everything. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time in Florence. This location is perfectly placed in the middle of town - near Duomo and pretty much any activity. Florence is very easy to walk through. We read the reviews and some people said it was loud - they were correct. It's a busy street so you have to be ok with the noises through the night but you also get a great location. The place was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids) because it had 1 king and 2 single beds. The bathrooms worked great - no water issues at all. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence that wants to stay close to everything. Mara was very responsive. The house was clean and organized.
