If you are looking for the perfect spot to relax by a pool and enjoy amazing sunsets every night, this is your place! We loved it! Wonderful stay! Host had clear instructions for an easy self check-in process and was communicative throughout our stay which was greatly appreciated. Loved the location as it was walking distance to everything. The washing machine, kitchen and all of the amenities included made for a comfortable stay. 10/10 recommend!!!! :)

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We will definitely be back! The location is about 30-40 minutes from the main city in Florence. Federico recommended we rent a car but we didn’t want to drive in an area we were unfamiliar with. We were provided with the bus schedule which was very easy to take to the city. We planned ahead and bought some groceries in Florence before heading back to the property. We got lucky with getting taxis at the property to eat at a nearby restaurant (Ristorante San Martino) but it wasn’t as convenient as getting one in Florence (had to wait a bit). The place was just as described, very relaxing and just what we wanted! All in all a great experience. We were so sad to leave!

We had a great experience from the initial booking, responsiveness with questions and all communications, recommendations on what to see and do, instructions on everything we needed to know about the Villa, parking, etc. and the utmost friendliness that was extended to us was all so much appreciated. We felt like honored house guests. You will not go wrong selecting this as your home away from home as well!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

I can't help but say good things about this fantastic experience and compliment Riccardo on the way he treats his customers, as if they were old friends. Everything perfect... optimal location 10 minutes from Greve in Chianti, and surrounded by farms and vineyards, excellent cleanliness and very special accommodation with attention to detail, both inside and outside where you have covered parking for the car and a huge garden that offers a breathtaking and panoramic view of the valley. Riccardo is very available to clarify every aspect not only about his property but also about everything around it, ready to advise you and give you explanations and directions of all kinds to make your stay optimal. When I get back to that area, I'll definitely go and see him.

Marco’s place is in the heart of Montichiello village, perched atop a hill with beautiful views. We stayed one night during our biking trip from Siena and wished we could have stayed longer! Marco is a kind and thoughtful host. The apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and a great shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a cozy table for meals. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the space cool in summer. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs lined with flower pots, and features a charming bookshelf at the entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a storage room where we safely stored our bikes alongside Marco’s. It also has a washing machine and dryer available. A local grocery store is just 300 meters away. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in this lovely village!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

If only it was possible to give this apartment a higher star rating. Right from the start Monica’s communication is excellent and she made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment was amazing and I don’t think the pictures do it justice. Very classy fixtures and fittings throughout. Everything was so clean and comfortable that it felt like home. The location was so convenient for walking to all the tourist destinations and fabulous restaurants. If this apartment is available in your time slot just book it and save time looking for anything else, this place is perfect. Thanks again Monica for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment. It’s hard to describe just how incredible this place is. The garden is immaculate and pictures cannot do it justice, once you’re immersed in it and you hear the birds and look at the Tuscan scenery, it’s like you’re in a fairy tale. The owners have clearly worked incredibly hard to make this everything that it is, and my wife and I would easily plan our next trip around this place with more time here. The owners are also incredibly friendly and responsive, they welcomed us in and walked us around the property, gave us great recommendations for the surrounding area, loaned us an umbrella, and let us play with their dog. Magical experience and I cannot recommend it enough. We even saw fireflies!

What a lovely spot to stay! The rental is quite large, with a spacious downstairs and a nice bedroom upstairs, and the views are amazing. It is located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany. Hosts were friendly. I especially appreciated the hot tub!

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

The apartment is gorgeous inside. The kitchen was very well stocked, and quite modern. We had a little trouble finding it, but we are unfamiliar with Lucca. Lovely restaurants in all directions and cute shops. Leandro was a wonderful host . Peaceful and relaxing stay.

This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and so easy to live in. The location is perfect for walking around, shopping, and finding wonderful restaurants and coffee bars. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, if you should choose. But, the tiny local restaurants are the best places to eat and drink the local offerings. Andrea is the absolute best host.

Great location and Simona was gave excellent recommendations on places to eat and things to do. My college age daughter also found the sofa bed to be comfortable, it was nice that they made it up ahead of time.
