Beautiful view of the Sancy. South-facing duplex at 1200 meters altitude, 3 km from La Bourboule and its thermal baths, 8 km from Mont Dore and its ski slopes. Many mountain bike and snowshoe hiking trails nearby. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.

We had a great time! The accommodation is very well furnished and full of charm! Check-in is easy thanks to the lockbox! The Fenestre Park just across the street offers a pleasant green space, and is convenient for walking our little dog! We were also lucky to have snow which made this stay even more wonderful!

Small, very clean studio with all modern equipment, the neighborhood is very quiet, 5 minutes from shops and a large park where you can spend pleasant moments in the cool during hot weather. Steve responds immediately to phone communications. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
