Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Outside, you will have access to a private plot of 3200 m² including 400 m² fenced, as well as a terrace on stilts of 9 m². This chalet is located 40 min from Clermont Ferrand, and 20 min. from Super-Besse by car. ***Cleaning and bed linen included in the rate***

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

La Bourboule Cottage: Le Sancy: Hiking and skiing

The owners welcome you to their pleasant cottage located in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, in a peaceful hamlet in the municipality of Murat-le-Quaire, ideally located just 1.5 km from La Bourboule and 6 km from Mont-Dore. Facing south at an altitude of 1,000 meters, the gîte offers unobstructed panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and the Sancy massif, guaranteeing an exceptional natural setting in any season.

Delta Cottage of 60m² with terrace and Private Spa

The Delta benefits from a kitchen open to a large living/dining room with pellet stove. On the ground floor is also a first bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs is the mezzanine bedroom with bathtub and double bed. Take advantage of the hammock to relax and access the 2 unusual beds. Access to the chalet is through a 35 m² terrace with private HOT TUB and outdoor furniture.
