Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Come and take a break in this small, peaceful hamlet halfway between the villages of Ris and Chateldon… Located in the heart of the Auvergne countryside (at the foot of the Monts Bourbonnais and the Bois Noirs), in a green setting, for a return to nature and a reconnection with oneself. Enjoy various nearby walking paths and exceptional tourist sites (Puy-de-Dôme and its chain of Auvergne volcanoes, Vichy, queen of the spa towns, small villages of character such as Châteldon or Charroux...)

Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Peaceful oasis, the quiet of the countryside without any neighbors in a rental equipped with all the comforts you need for your stay. Each room has a view of the pond. If you want to recharge your batteries, this is the place! Located 5 minutes from St Eloy Les Mines and Gorges de la Sioule. Fishing is allowed (equipment is not provided), according to the principle of no-kill fishing. Thank you.

You will appreciate the cabin for its location: the breathtaking view of "Little Auvergne Tuscany" and the Chaîne des Puys on the horizon (it dominates), the forest atmosphere, access to the paths, the feeling of being in a nest. The cabin is perfect for couples, but also suitable for families (with kids) and four-legged friends are accepted (but beware, the land is not enclosed). Ideal for mountain bikers, trailers...
