Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. Great place to stay and rest in peace and disconnect! Our apartment is a 100 m2 duplex, renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style. Very bright, it is located in a quiet residence, 5 min walk to the center of La Bourboule. All shops, restaurants, thermal baths, casino, Parc Fenestre and shuttles to the ski slopes are within walking distance. By car, the Nordic and alpine ski resorts of Massif de Sancy are 10-15 minutes away.
