Alle 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten sind in einem Raum. Für längere Aufenthalte ist die Wohnung zu viert zu klein. Eine Sitzecke im Garten steht den Gästen allein zur Verfügung.

Wat een geweldig verblijf hebben wij hier gehad! Prachtig super ruime boederij met een grote tuin met een uitzicht zo mooi! Slaapkamers groot heerlijke bedden! En natuurlijk ook van de jacuzzi genoten! Aljanneke is een perfect host/gastvrouw. Alles werd geregeld! Heerlijke biertjes, verse appelsap! We gaan zeker terugkomen! Omgeving is mooi voor zowel fietsen als wandelen en dan ook de mooie plaatsen Deventer en Zutphen vlakbij!

Es war ein echt toller Aufenthalt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Mario war immer gut zu erreichen, super gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch der Garten sind super schön und groß und sehr gepflegt. Ist wirklich einen Aufenthalt wert.

Das Häuschen ist ein Schmuckstück und sehr liebevoll und individuell gestaltet. Ein bisschen wie ein englisches Cottage. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Das Highlight war die Schallplattensammlung, die wir genossen haben, ebenso wie die große Wohnküche, den gemütlichen Pelletofen und den kleinen, abgeschirmten Garten. Wir hatten viel Regen, aber das hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Es war gemütlich und entspannend. Annedoor ist sehr nett, wir haben sie nur kurz bei der Ankunft getroffen. Der Kontakt, auch vor der Ankunft, war sehr unkompliziert.

Liebe Lucinda, Danke für diese schöne Erfahrung im gemütlichen und urig gestalteten ‚Gingerbread Huis’. Wir waren dort mit vier Mädels und 4 Hunden und haben die Zeit vor Ort in vollen Zügen genossen 🤗 Die Umgebung ist großartig, tolle Areale und Geländeübergänge: zum Trainieren aber ganz klar auch zum Spazierengehen. Unweit liegen tolle Lokale, wie zum Beispiel Sophia’s Beekbergen, Eetcafe de Bosgraf oder De Hickory Lounge. Der wunderbare Golfplatz lädt ebenso zu einer Runde ein. Im Haus gibt es, was es braucht - allem Voran Gemütlichkeit! 😍 Danke!

Een weekje tot rust komen tussen het geschuifel van de vogels. Bij regen weer voldoende ruimte binnen en bij mooi weer een heel aangename tuin om te zitten. In de omgeving is vanalles te doen, winkels zijn dichtbij. Alles is aanwezig om zelf lekker te kokkerellen. Pizza bakken in de pizza oven was ook eens leuk om te doen. Zeker een aanrader. We voelden ons op ons gemak.

Het was een heerlijke plek, fijne terrasjes, zon/schaduw, vooral het terrasje op de boswal met geweldig uitzicht, stilte, je hoorde de vogels, reeën kwamen s avonds langs. We hebben niet veel binnen gezeten. Mooie fietsroutes in de omgeving. Het contact met Henk was erg prettig, persoonlijk.. Een hele fijne plek!!!

We hebben een lang weekend verbleven in deze prachtige accommodatie. Midden in het bos, in alle rust dus. Zwembad en speeltuin om de hoek, maar helaas te slecht weer om daarvan te genieten. Parkeerplek voor de deur en een prachtige privétuin (waar we eekhoorntjes gespot hebben!) met buitenmeubilair. Binnen in het huisje is het brandschoon en werkelijk alles is aanwezig: van een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een mooie douche tot een volle kast vol boeken, speelgoed, dvd's en een bedje en kinderstoel voor onze baby. Mooie inrichting vol details. Heerlijk tot rust komen in alle luxe; dat kan in de accommodatie van Berrie en Brenda. Dikke aanrader!

Echt een leuk en gezellig verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht op tuin en natuur. Je kunt zo de heide op lopen. Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig ook in de tuin alles perfect. De buitenkeuken ook met regen prima te gebruiken door de riante overkapping. Vriendelijke gastvrouw die ook op de app snel reageert.

I would happily recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Even just walking onto the property we found it to be stunning! So beautiful and artistic inside and out. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen and made a beautiful meal that we ate together at the table. So gezellig!
