A lovely little gem surrounded by beautiful greenery and nature. We found it to be very peaceful and relaxing. It is also very well situated close to everything you need, within walking distance from the central station and shops, there is also a bus stop right at the corner. The room itself is comfortable and clean with lovely heating, the kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful shower and amenities all around. The hosts were always responsive snd friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The hosts are incredibly friendly, always smiling and very helpful. Communication was smooth and easy, and both check-in and check-out went flawlessly. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was also spotlessly clean. If I ever return to this area, I would definitely choose to stay with Tanja and Sigrid in their place again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic place, very peaceful and quiet. I loved the surrounding, a combination of rural environment with hints of wild nature to it. Riet and her partner have created themselves a small piece of quiet, with the possibility to walk around their small pond, and they even created a small beach with an entrance to the pond.

Everything went perfectly. Beautiful place, centrally located yet quiet. Perfect transport links to Düsseldorf, Cologne and Wuppertal.

The landlady is very friendly. The room is cozy and clean The kitchen is clean and bright. The surroundings nearby are beautiful.

Marcel is very kind. We get to enjoy the little yard. From the place, it is easy to access the city by bus, or even by walking for the traditional « wandeling ». My wife and I warmly recommend.

i booked this apartment one night together with a girlfriend with visual impairment. It meets all expectations, is clear, nice and clean. The owners are warm and helpful and think along. For my (blind) girlfriend, the apartment was clear and she was therefore able to orient herself well. In short, a fantastic experience. Looking for a downside that would be the lack of a stove. (had we not registered, we couldn't bake our eggs).

We stayed 6 nights in the beautiful bright apartment "the sky" and while I very much enjoyed being only a few minutes' walk from the seminar venue, my husband and our little daughter spent the time with excursions, which were very possible from here. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and were delighted by every little detail such as a wooden toy with a high chair and a chocolate on the nightstand! A wonderful place to relax! Super lovely hosts who were open and outgoing and helpful. The location in a cozy garden with wide views could not have been better, especially since the path to the city or to extensive hiking trails was also quite short. I would come back!

Wonderful for a few days stay. The accommodation is quiet and idyllic, yet you can quickly reach surrounding villages, on the canal or on hiking trails. The hosts are super friendly and quick to respond if something should come up. The kitchen may not be pronounced, but it is enough to make something simple. All in all, we would definitely recommend the apartment for short breaks!

Very friendly and clean place to stay. We were in Dinslaken for a family event, so it was a very good location for us. We thought the service of getting a full fridge for a surcharge was very good. However, we did not need this for our stay.

A very nice and quiet area. Beautiful nature and cultural places all easy to reach by car or public transport. Cottage is very complete, super clean and wonderfully quiet. A little crazy to enter through the garage with motorbikes and there was a gasoline air, but in the cottage itself nothing to notice. I can definitely recommend this place for people who love peace and quiet and want a cozy but modernly furnished accommodation. Regards, Ninka

We had a very good time and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and garden ☺️ We also had everything we needed and were able to borrow bikes to ride to Nijmegen. I would highly recommend staying here for a few days!

I really enjoyed the little break in Detmold. I felt right at home & could enjoy the good spring weather in the beautiful, flowering garden. There were homemade pastries, the apartment was decorated with fresh flowers & I would have liked to have stayed a few days longer.

Wonderfully relaxed in this apartment. Everything was arranged down to the last detail so we could stay there carefree. From the small attentions and the personal welcome with a card to enough toilet paper and towels. This place was a good place to do activities from there.
