If you like something different, yet with all the required amenities, this is the place for you. Situated in innercourt place, the apartment is huge and spacious. It has all the equipment you can think of and a large sauna in one of the bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but with all the required grocery shops and restaurants in little walking distance. It is also just 30 minutes walk through a park to the old city of Dusseldorf. The host Daniel was very flexible and provided all the needed information well in advance, so that we had no trouble finding and opening the apartment. Beds were great, both large and comfortable. Also, the little terrace outside the main living room was very nice, as it is secluded and we were lucky to have a warm Dusseldorf evening.

Very friendly host! Beautiful and spacious house. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back with the large group. Everything is child- and dog-friendly, modern and bright. The only thing that could have been better if our need for rooms (we were guests in a very variable constellation: parents with up to three children, but also individuals) had been requested in advance. We thought that the booking amount would include ALL bedrooms. However, we could have easily booked additional rooms - spontaneously and on site. Thank you for the stay, dear Paul

Business stay to Düsseldorf area

The place was great! Everything clean , plenty of space and just right for us.

everything as described, we felt super comfortable, Suggestions for improvement would be more storage space/hooks in the bathrooms and in front of the sauna, these are very scarce for 8 people and too bad that there was no fireplace equipment by the fireplace (at least now in summer)

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

Great place for groups. Very lovingly furnished and large outdoor area. There's nothing missing. The contact is outstanding! We will be happy to come back!

We were in Hoogersmilde for four days with 6 adults, a baby and a dog. We liked the vacation home, the fenced garden and the outdoor seating options very much. The beds were great and it was nice that there were fly screens on the windows and sliding door to the terrace. We liked the house and the nature reserve very much, so we can imagine coming back again.

Perfect, nice people and a great house!

We rented this place with friends for a weekend (Friday - Saturday). We were 12 people. A clean, soft bed was available for everyone. The kitchen and dining area is very large and well stocked. The living room with the bar is also used in cozy circles. During the day and in the evening we were in Willingen celebrating and whoever wanted me spent the time in the villa.

Markus is a great host and is highly recommended if you ever stay around Düsseldorf. The location is perfect for nature lovers and yet close to the City Center, airport and convention Center. Recommended without any hesitation.

We really enjoyed our weekend with friends in the house of Ivan. The house is big and has an amazing garden. Communication with the host was fast and helpful, thank you Ivan!

It was wonderful! We were 10 women there and felt comfortable right from the start. It was very clean, superbly equipped and very nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable. We had good weather so we could use the beautiful terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. The sauna is also great. The location in the middle of the park is very idyllic. The only negative was the rooster, who became active at dawn and the peacock, who screamed at the same time, so we were woken up very early. We can definitely recommend the house and would be happy to come back!

A lovely quiet place. Spacious garden, beautiful views. The house is cozy, cozy and has all the comforts. Within fifteen minutes you are in beautiful forest areas where you can walk endlessly. Also a great place for cycling enthusiasts.

Just outside (20-minute walk, 5 minutes on bike) small town with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops, in designated holiday 'bungalow park'. Free access to swimming pool 2 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful, good size garden with chairs and tables. House was lovely, though we hadn't realised one bedroom could be accessed only through another one. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of fluffy towels! The sun shone all week, and we cycled a lot, beautiful area with good cycle paths/well-designed roads for cycling, always felt safe. I think we will be back!

Nice location in spacious house. All comforts present. Deliciously free and with separation 1 side neighbors. Due to beautiful weather, we practically did not sit inside and could enjoy the garden. Car fine at cottage. A charging station will complete the picture for us😎. Although this is fine in the park if you walk a very short distance. (Also fast charging available) we have 1 tip: a larger refrigerator will be easier. Furthermore, a recommendation for us.

Perfect accommodation for our group. The house is as good as new and has a lovely ambiance. The outdoor area also offers plenty of space. We felt very comfortable.

The cottage is in a very beautiful park with a good restaurant and nice staff. The surroundings are very green, and you can enjoy hiking in the adjacent forest. For smaller children it is also fun, all kinds of activities are organized. The house has all the comforts. You can cook yourself, do the laundry, there is a dishwasher and the shower is fine. And my son slept right in the bed 😊 Definitely worth it and also worth repeating.

Nice and uncomplicated contact. Quick response to questions. No towels means that you also don't find towels in the toilet, we were not so aware of that and it happened for the first time after four trips to Holland. Not that anyone makes the same mistake as we do :). No soap was already something more surprising but a supermarket is nearby and you can quickly buy the missing things. Otherwise, clean apartment, nice sauna and garden. Beds a little flat and soft but overall the location is recommended. There is plenty to experience in the area, especially for children.
