Coach House Studio is a delightful hideaway located to the rear of a Victorian property owned by Paul & Frances. It is close both to the centre of Cromer and the sea. The Studio has its own private entrance & a courtyard garden. The tastefully decorated open-plan sitting room has a woodburner, a well equipped kitchen and dining table for 4 . Up the spiral staircase is a pretty kingsize bedroom with quality linen & towels, & an ensuite shower room. It is used by the owners as a holiday home.

It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
