Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles. Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.
