The attic is on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a charming old house in the hip Gundeldinger Quarter and is well connected by public transport. Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles. Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

This cosy loft with a small kitchen is located on the top floor of a terraced house on Bruderholz. It can be locked and offers a lot of privacy. The associated gallery cannot be used for safety reasons, but floods the room with further light through another skylight. Detached studio near the Rhine & park

Studio 11 is a lovely little place near the park and the Rhine. Quiet location with good public transport and shopping, parking (for a normal sized car) is right outside the door. Kitchen utensils, towels and linens are provided. There is a 140 x 200 bed (raised) and a sofa bed for sleeping. The key handover takes place in person if possible or by existing key box.
