Absolutely fantastic accommodation experience. Very comprehensive information from Cely, lots of advice and recommendations. Great kitchen amenities, coffee maker with great coffee, tea, washing and cleaning supplies. Cely even baked a great banana bread for us and gave us butter and jam, which completely took our breath away. Truly extraordinarily excellent, always before we wanted anything, Cely predicted it and it was met in advance.

Lydia’s loft is perfectly situated to explore the City; it’s a few minutes walk to the tram which gets you to the City center within 15 minutes. The loft is beautiful, very spacious and warmly decorated. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in this very convenient and functional accommodation, ideally located for visiting everything on foot and close to the train station while being very quiet. Everything was very clean, and it is equipped with everything you need including cooking. Communication with hosts was quick and easy, and check-in instructions were very clear. Lovely loft apartment! Airy, beautiful space with distinctive and artful touches. Comfortable beds, and upscale bedding. We were there in time for the Christmas markets and the entire street was set up with food carts, lights, music and holiday decor—so fun! The tram, bus and train stations were easy to navigate and the area is very walkable. The 3 flights of stairs kept us in shape during our stay and inspired me to try and learn not to overpack next time! I already miss the daily bakery visits and walks by the river. We had a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was funky and clean and also near to bus and tram station(100m). Jacky is a very friendly host. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place is in the heart of the old town Basel. Many beautiful shops, bakeries and restaurants are next to the building. Interior is simple and stylish. It is clean and the building is quiet. It made us feel at hone right away! The hosts are super responsive and even prepared Easter chocolate for the kid.
