The attic is on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a charming old house in the hip Gundeldinger Quarter and is well connected by public transport. Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles. This cosy loft with a small kitchen is located on the top floor of a terraced house on Bruderholz. It can be locked and offers a lot of privacy. The associated gallery cannot be used for safety reasons, but floods the room with further light through another skylight.
