The house is in the green belt of Vienna, from where the city and the main tourist attractions can be easily reached via the well-developed transport network, Park&Ride or by tram. The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
