Had a great experience staying at this property. It was very close to the airport, in the heart of the city and very well connected to major hotspots in the city. Maanik as always was excellent in hosting.

Great place. Clean and well maintained with very good amenities. all teh delivery companies are able to spot the place easily without any issue. The locality is good with the phoenix mall very close by.

Peace in Bombay is hard to come by — with the constant construction, roadwork, and the non-stop energy of the city. But somehow, Ankit’s place manages to carve out its own little pocket of calm. It still feels very much like Bombay, yet it surprises you with its peaceful rhythm and quiet energy. Tucked away in a unique locality, it’s probably not for someone who wants to be in the thick of it all — but perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise without actually leaving the city. Just a few kilometres from Aarey Metro (Line 7), the location is super convenient too. Perched on an incline, the apartment opens up to wide skies and lovely views — something most Mumbaikars rarely get. It felt warm, comfortable, and lived-in — and Ankit was a great, thoughtful host who made the stay easy and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The only minor hiccup was a small stretch of rough road — but that’s just part of Bombay. Would definitely love to visit again!
