Here you will find a space for true relaxation, contemplation and connection with nature. Imagine waking up to the sound of birds, seeing the sunrise and distant hills from your bed, drinking tea from wild herbs and spring water, and watching the stars at night.

Hobití domek se nachází 50 metrů od Lipenské přehrady. Těšit se můžete na nově vybavenou, útulnou chatičku s možností venkovního posezení a grilování. V objektu se nachází další čtyři stejně řešené chatky. Dřevěný domek nabízí komfortní a jedinečné ubytování pro dvě dospělé osoby (manželská postel) a jedno dítě nebo osobu do 160 cm (horní postel) Chata je vybavena kuchyňkou včetně vařiče, rychlovarné konvice, nádobí, záchodem se sprchovým koutem a teráskou s grilem. Parkovani zdarma v arealu.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Es gibt einen Autoabstellplatz und eigenen Zugang. OÖ Tourismusgesetz 2018: Die Ortstaxe in OÖ beträgt ab 01.12.23 einheitlich 2,40 Euro pro Nacht und Person. Befreiungen von der Ortstaxe: Personen unter 15 Jahren. Diese ist in bar oder über Airbnb extra zu zahlen.

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

Entire caravan in beautiful nature

Unconventional accommodation in a renovated, wood-paneled caravan. Not a fully discovered part of Šumava, the eastern foothills of the Boubín mountain. Beautiful, clean and original nature without the influence of agriculture and industry. A sauna is available for a fee. Barbecue is possible. The price is for the entire unit. Pets are not allowed due to other guests.

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
