Vacation rentals with a sauna in Mühlviertel

The apartment is beautifully located, very quiet in the middle of nature, with a fantastic view from the balcony. It is large, very clean and cozy, everything is available. The hosts are very nice and cooperative.

We were there for the weekend and enjoyed it a lot. The hot tub and sauna are a highlight. The bun service in the morning is very convenient! We had a very quiet and relaxing time and would come back any time.

Everything was as described and we were able to use the wellness area very well! Angelina was very accommodating and even brought a sled if we wanted to use the snow! Thank you!

Our holiday was very nice, the view from the balcony is great, we loved the possibilities to use the pool, ping pong table and sauna. Board games or a PS complete the offer from time to time on a rainy day. The accommodation is almost accessible, modernly furnished and also very suitable for families (also with baby). The contact with the landlord was very friendly and accommodating. A very clear recommendation for this place! Gladly again!

We spent a week here hiking in the Bavarian forest and were very satisfied. We especially liked the location of the accommodation, the good parking facilities in the underground garage and the balcony. You can walk to the city center, the recreational pool, the train station and various supermarkets.

We felt very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean! It was a real wow factor when we entered the apartment. We really liked the communication and helpfulness. The location close to the lake is also nice. I don't know if it was in the description, but maybe good to know: There were only 2 double beds (but beautiful with great views) and 1 single bed in one of the bedrooms in a niche. If you're claustrophobic, it's not so great. And then there was a kind of mattress camp with 4 mattresses directly on the floor on the upper floor, which can be reached via a rather steep staircase. For one night ok, otherwise rather unfavorable for adults. As a children's camp, possibly quite fun and cozy. Anyway, thanks for the lovely short stay. Would definitely recommend.

The "Oasis of Peace" definitely lives up to it's name! I had a relaxing stay here enjoying the beautiful guesthouse and the peaceful countryside surroundings. The unique architecture of the apartment is really something special! The 3 saunas and 2 pools at the adjoining hotel were a great bonus as well. I visited without a car, and was able to get around with the bus, but a car is definitely better to have for access to restaurants and groceries. However, the surroundings are great for walks and the views are beautiful. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a restful stay!

The space was clean and well (functional) furnished. There were some books for any rainy days and from the house you can get to the (original)forest within two minutes (this was important to us). The home has a kitchenette, bathroom and the main room. You could have gone to the sauna, but it wasn't important to us. The restaurant at the hotel next door conjures up local cuisine of good quality. The hot water could come more quickly. You should not expect a dishwasher, toaster or oven, but there are two hotplates and different coffee options (Bialetti, French press, filter coffee). Small things such as salt, pepper, oil, dishwasher were available.

We had everything we needed with two kids. The apartment is equipped with parking space in an underground car park and an elevator. The owners have provided us with numerous children's games and toys + a sled for tobogganing. Unfortunately, there is no supermarket under 15 km on the German side. Nevertheless, a visit is worthwhile, especially in winter, as the ski resort on the large Arber can be reached really quickly.

Our extended weekend at Andrea's was wonderful. For us, it was the first vacation together with our almost five-month-old little one and we felt very comfortable in the apartment and were able to spread out wonderfully with the baby. The bathroom in the 3-room apartment is small, but offers enough storage space and storage space for toiletry bags, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped. In particular, the well-kept garden with sun loungers creates a holiday feeling. Andrea is a very friendly and communicative landlady who has furnished her apartment with a lot of love for detail. The location of Kirchdorf is perfect to quickly reach the sights of the Bavarian Forest and to set off for both Bayerisch Eisenstein and Neuschönau. Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!

Our short break in the vacation home of Petra and Michael was all around great. The amenities were great, everything your heart desires is available. We were three families who visited the house and our individual needs were already asked in advance. There was plenty of activity material available for the accompanying children - both indoors and outdoors. The surroundings are very beautiful and there is a lot to discover. Petra's tips on possible leisure activities with the children were also very valuable. It was a nice time and we felt very well taken care of. A great house with upscale amenities and very friendly landlords :-) Thank you!

This house and the site were fantastic. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is free use of communal washing machines. The lake is beautiful and all on site staff were great. The nearby area is also great with a fantastic aquA park for kids in Frymburk and nice restaurants nearby. Would very much recommend 😊

We spent wonderful Christmas holidays at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Highlighted are the cozy beds, we slept wonderfully:-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of treats. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to let off steam directly at the house in the snow (sled and Bob are provided) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all a perfect holiday. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav answered every question quickly in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town and due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We will be happy to come back … Pure relaxation!

Rüdiger's house is located on the edge of the forest, totally idyllic by a stream; ideal for dog owners - there is also everything incl. Beds and feeding bowls. The equipment is very nice, new, over-complete and above all picobello. Even a foosball game (“Wutzler”) was there. We felt very comfortable together with our two adult daughters and small dog and made wonderful excursions in the area (Blockheide, Wackelstein, Unterwasserreich, Hochmoor Schrems and Heidenreichstein, Sole Felsen-Bad Gmünd). Looking forward to another visit to Alt-Nagelberg :-)!

We had a great weekend with friends

We are two adults and three children (7, 6 and 1). Staying in the vacation home was super cozy, the space was sufficient and with the help of the sauna, we could end our day every evening. There are several hiking trails to discover the area as well as other ways to pass the time in bad weather (animal shelter, several ice halls, glass museum...). Communication with the hosts was straightforward. They were really nice and informed us about everything important. They were also always reachable. We highly recommend the place (also the second slightly larger house).
