The Chameleon Cabin offers accommodation on the shore of a pond, with a spacious terrace featuring a grill, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a cedar infrared sauna overlooking the pond, plus evenings spent sitting by the fireplace... You can take a romantic boat ride on the pond or play ping-pong :-) If you want to enjoy nature to the fullest, you can swim right in the pond, which has a sandy entrance; otherwise, you can enjoy a dip in the cabin's pool. In the evening, we recommend watching the radky, ducks, swans, and maybe even kingfishers when grilling on the pond... .-)

Unser Hof befindet sich am höchsten Punkt der Gemeinde Hörbich, dadurch können wir den Blick in drei Himmelsrichtungen bis zum Horizont genießen. Der Vierseithof besteht schon seit dem Jahre 1657, wurde mehrmals renoviert und befindet sich derzeit in gutem und sauberen Zustand (Stil: 70er Jahre), sehr historisch Er unterteilt sich in zwei Wohnhäuser mit jeweils eigenen Haustüren. Der erste Stock eines der Wohnhäuser wird für airbnb genutzt (135 m²). Kurtaxe ist bei der Gastgeberin zu bezahlen.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a beautiful scenic location. 5 minutes walk from Lake Erauzwiesel. It is the perfect base for relaxation, walking, cycling, golfing and skiing holidays. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our home and has its own entrance. Waldkirchen town with Garhammer department store is 5 minutes drive away. The 3 river city, Passau is 30 minutes by car. Bayerwald Golf and Country club is 10 minutes by car. Hochficht Ski resort in Austria is 40 minutes away

Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Cozy tiny house in the countryside with 2000m2 garden for 1 to 4 people: 24m2 ground floor with a beautiful seating area and a wood stove + 24m2 attic with a sloping ceiling with 4 mattress beds including duvets, cushions, bed linen, hand and bath towels. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen are in the main house right next door.

Our Gästestöckl is fantastically and quietly located on the Linz Pöstlingberg. It is a small one-room apartment with its own garden area with terrace solely for the Gästestöckl. The "Einschnitt" stop of the mountain railway line 50 is only a few meters away and takes you directly to Linz's main square. A private parking space is also available.
