From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom is dotated with shower and toilet. You are welcome in our apartment!

The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve and is a good starting point for excursions of all kinds. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Constance and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. Apartment near the Danube Valley, Lake Constance, Swabian Alps

The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet in the apartment and on the terrace. You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Seetraum Steffi

We offer you a quiet place for two. The apartment has a separate entrance. It is very comfortably furnished and has a small kitchenette with cooking facilities. Towels included Arrival 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm We are in a very good location. It is 15 km to Lake Constance. The Schwackenreuter lake district with 10 lakes is right next to us. Thus pure nature is great to enjoy by bike or on foot. There are plenty of hiking trails.

Tiny house on Demeter farm

Welcome to our Demeter farm! We are a small family business specializing in the production of yogurt and fruit yogurt. Our farm is home to many animals, from horses, cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, pigeons, bees and dogs to cats. Our farm is located on the edge of a small village and is about 14 km from Lake Constance. The farm is surrounded by nature and many beautiful things can be done in the Lake Constance region.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. The newly renovated and lovingly furnished 35 sqm studio (ground floor) is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of Stockacker Kernstadt. A private parking lot is available to our guests. The studio is equipped with high quality SATELLITE TV, stereo system, new fitted kitchen, 1.60 m wide double bed and a beautiful small bathroom with fitted wardrobes and rain shower. Historic farmhouse in a quiet location (1)

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
