Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. This romantic, rustic hut is located in the middle of the forest, surrounded by impressive scenery. If you are looking for privacy, proximity to nature and individual accommodation, this is the place to be. The highlight is the outdoor panoramic sauna with outdoor shower. There are 3 outdoor seating options in total - 2 terraces and a veranda overlooking the countryside. The cottage offers every comfort in a small space (3 levels) and impresses with its seclusion and uniqueness.

Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

This 28 m² large, bright apartment is fully equipped and super cozy. The pull-out sofa bed also makes it suitable for families with children. The Zähringer city of Weilheim, at the foot of the Limburg as well as the surrounding area have a lot to offer. So you can actively organize your stay with hiking or adventurous climbing in the forest or simply relax in the thermal baths or in the sauna area "Schwabenquellen." Culturally, the area also has plenty of variety to offer.

Wir vermieten unsere 2 1/2 Zimmer Einliegerwohnung mit separten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt am Ortsrand in Schopflenberg mit unverbauter Aussicht auf den Hohenstaufen. Wir haben 2 Kinder im Teenageralter :-) Vor unserem Haus haben wir Parkmöglichkeiten. Euch erwartet eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen und Senseo - Kaffeemaschine). Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.

Welcome to the foot of the Swabian Alb. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished in a bright modern style. It is a large room with a new kitchen, a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a modern bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine in a small intermediate space. A dryer can be used if needed. In the kitchen, there is a coffee maker, fridge with freezer and microwave.

The apartment is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. Contactless check-in and check-out is no problem. The private terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is in a very quiet area in Großbettlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb about 25 km southeast of Stuttgart. Metzingen is about 6 km away, Nürtingen about 5 km. We are also close to Reutlingen and Tübingen.
